We have two large boxes and are a multiple rescue cat household.We change the pads daily. We have tried the "name" brand. They were not any better. These are much more affordable and do a great job.

Not totally water proof (my ferret kit still managed to pee through this a little and she weighs less than a kitten), still a good product.

I wish I could give negative stars on this! Bought these for my breeze cat litter system. I normally get a week per pad with breeze, rotating the tray mid week (my cat likes to pee in one spot in the box). I tried these for the first time and went to rotate the tray this morning and was horrified! 1. the smell coming from the tray was awful. 2. there was pee sitting on top of the pad clearly not absorbing 3. there was pee under the pad in the tray. These DO NOT absorb well, they DO NOT lock in odors. I was so annoyed by the quality I stopped my busy morning routine just to post a negative review, I hope I can save people the nightmare!

We use cat pads like these for my old lady cat, under the litter box, and one in front of it. So, I had a chance to try them right after I opened them. I’d say the quality is good, very well made with charcoal that seems to really do the trick! A small dribble of urine dropped on one as my cat exited the box. I checked a while later and that spot was dry and no urine odor. I also like that the lavender in this is not overly powerful say like candles or perfume, it is just a light whiff of it. I know Lavender helps calm kitties, so I hoping this will take away some of my senior cats anxiety when she goes in her box. I highly recommend these for all kinds of cats, I know these are mainly used for litter box system, but we don’t use that, we just have a cat box for senior cats (lower rim, see other reviews of mine if interested) that helps her arthritic body stress less. I am keeping my paws crossed that these new type of cat potty pads with the Charcoal and Lavender will help relax her more.Summary: SO glad I found these! One of the Best Buy’s I have made in the last year
