How to find a replacement cartridge for your pool or spa?
If you already know your filter cartridge's part number or the replacement number, you can use the search the part number on our product page to quickly confirm whether the filter is compatible.
If you do not know the replacement part number for your cartridge, then choosing the right cartridge can be accomplished by measuring your existing one. Use the following steps as a guide:
- Measure the outside diameter of the cartridge in inches (+/- 1/16th).
- Measure cartridge length from end cap to end cap (+/- 1/16th). Exclude any handles or extensions.
- Identify the correct top and bottom type. If the top and/or bottom is open, measure the inside diameter of the opening (+/- 1/16th). If the end cap is closed make note of its identifying features (i.e. “Handle”, “Cone”, etc.).
- Make note of the manufacturer and model number of the filter into which the replacement cartridge will be installed.
- Take note whether or not there is a center core (PVC pipe in center).

After 4 cleanings, 2 1/2 years later,the original Pentair filters were bad. These replacements were great, well made with more internal bracing.The end caps were a little harder than original,so I used a little o ring lubricant to seal them to the mounts. I will purchase a second set for back up filters. Highly recommended!!

Got these for a backup for the original filters when I have them out cleaning them. They fit just like the original ones and work just like them also no problem with pressure was afraid that would happen because they weren’t original but no problem they work very very well I will see this spring how they have held up this winter when I go to clean them

These filters are well made and do a really good job filtering out debris. I washed these out three times and they’re holding up great. Very good price and definitely would purchase in the future.

My pool company had to clean the pool filters and needed replacements. I researched the brand number filters which were extremely expensive. These filters were a great buy and work as well as the original brand name filters. The purchase saved me quite a bit of money. Highly recommend.
