Compact, easy to mount, versatile, cheap, effective.I paired these with a weightlifting pulley kit. I used these 4 to enable low pulley movements like tricep kickbacks, lateral raises, rows. I'm going to grease the sleeves that sit between pulley and axle to smooth things out as there are no bearings.

I use the pulleys to aid in raising a hanging deer feeder which holds about 140 pounds of corn and have zero issues with them.

I used this to counter balance a heavy 130 lbs, object to be lifted up and down and it works great, very sturdy using only a 1/8 wire rope.
