Okay, I've got my Celestron binocular adapter and here are some pictures on the Meade 10x56.It fits much better, and goes on much easier than my older adapter. The extended thumb turner is far, far easier to attach. The support is narrow enough to shut/close the binoculars all the way, for minimum IPD, even with the standard rubber objective covers still attached. The thumb extender does stick out 4mm beyond the bottom of the objectives, so they won't sit flat with that attached, but the 4mm isn't enough to make them tippy; I just worry about the objectives getting dusty.Curiously enough, there was a nice padded neck strap (pictured) all folded up inside a plastic ziploc stuffed into the box with the binocular adapter. This was definitely not mentioned in the Amazon listing. But I bought a "refurbed" adapter to save $5 (what could go wrong, right?), so I can only guess that whomever returned their product to Amazon accidentally put a neck strap in the box and no one at Amazon noticed the mistake (how could they know?). Anyway, that's my gain!FWIW, I measure IPD as 58-73mm. The Celestron adapter does not change those measurements.

This product is very well built. Only4 stars due to the screw that goes into the binocs is a little short but it works. Otherwise it's a good product.

It should work with most of the tripods available. I attached the item to a Celestron binocular and it fit perfectly

This worked great during the last lunar eclipse to get some beautiful photos with an eyepiece gizmo attaching my cell phone to my binoculars on a tripod. Any instability is the fault of the tripod not this mount. I did not find it difficult or awkward to use at all. I'd recommend it for any serious viewing where you want steadiness.

Bought this adapter to go with the Celestron 20x solar binoculars for the 2024 eclipse. It was very unstable on my tripod. The binoculars could not be tightened to the adapter, and the binoculars fell off the tripod and hit me in the face, giving me a black eye. If the tripod adapter had a fine thread, it would be a lot safer and easier to use. Very disappointed, had to return

O que mais gostei no suporte é que ele é bem resistente e deixou o binóculo bem preso.O que menos gostei não tenho nada a declarar.

Me parece un poco pequeño pero el material es de un metal descente. No presenta juego al acoplarlo a los binoculares ni al tripié. Para apretarlo es suficiente con la fuerza de la mano, aunque para estar más seguros serÃa pridente apretarlo con alguna herramienta.

Stabil men skruven där man fäster kikaren lossnar lätt. Det räcker därför inte dra fast den med handkraft utan man behöver ett verktyg typ skiftnyckel eller tång. Det borde ha varit en vingmutter eller vanlig mutter så man kan dra åt riktigt hårt med verktyg. Kvaliteten är "så där" så att säga så lite dyr med tanke på kvaliteten.
