My son's been playing cello for about a year now. We bought this Glasser fiberglass bow in 3/4 for him six months ago because the rental bow he was using needed to be repaired. We've now been through two more rental cellos from different shops, but he's stuck with this bow because its been the best. It outperformed the "carbon" bows that come with the rentals. It has a solid feel and produces a really nice tone.
