Everything was good except the chemical or dank/wet odor, that was not from the pillowcase (I washed it) but from the pillow itself. And I have to leave the pillow outside for 4-5 days to air it out before smell was gone. The rest is fine, pillow is very comfortable and I can use both sides - high and low, and I can sleep on my side on it.

This is a weird looking pillow ever, and my wife was laughing at me says it looks like an UFO. I am a side sleeper, I have tried many different pillows around 40 to 50 dollars range in the past ,but I still couldn't get rid of my shoulder and neck pains .Believe it or not, this weird looking thing actually works and it has saved my day. It cost around 30 dollars ,it has 30 days money back guaranteed and a year warranty. You have nothing to lose except a good night sleep. Since it is a memory foam pillow it needs 3 to 6 hours to be inflated (24 hour maximum)It did not feel great at first ,but after it got fully inflated the second night was like a charm. As the instruction says you need to be patient and time to get used it.

I am always on the quest for a comfortable pillow. I have a lot of neck issues. Thought I would give this a try. Am I so glad I did!!! I am sleeping so much better. For the first couple weeks, I would wake up with a kink in my shoulder. I decided to keep trying the pillow as I was sleeping so much better. After a couple of weeks I think my spine finally realigned correctly and now I an waking up pain free. So glad I didn't give up on the pillow when I was having the shoulder pain. It worked out and now it's amazing. I highly recommend it!!!

This pillow has made a difference in my sleeping. Before I tossed and turn trying to find a comfortable spot in bed constantly rearranging my pillows only to still be uncomfortable. I no longer wake up with neck pain. I do wish it could be a bit bigger (wider & thicker) for those of us who are taller and have broader shoulders. Or atleast straps to attach to your pillows.
