I orders these twice and returned the first order because I couldn’t get the pan separates. It was like they were glued together. I’m so happy I ordered a replacement instead a refund. These burners are beautiful. They’re well made and sturdy and the gold adds a touch of elegance.

I find it very hard to believe these dishes are new. As you can see from the pictures, there are scratches and marks all over the set AND that is the ones I was able to separate to look at, the rest were sticking together. It wasn’t worth the effort continuing trying to take everything apart. Also looks like there were burns on the bottom. Maybe I received a bad batch. Idk.

The set arrived in great condition and it is beautiful. Can’t wait for my housewarming party in a few weeks, lol. The set came with everything needed except fuel. This set is not commercial grade but neither is the price. However, these will last me many years. I love the rose gold color, I think it makes the set. The only issue I have is that the pans were almost impossible to separate. Kinda like getting a couple of 5 gallon buckets stuck together. It literally took two of use 15 minutes to separate 2 pans. I’m thinking they may need to reconsider their packaging. Still a great set to have.

Received slightly dented lids and missing utensils, contacted Amazon to see if anything could be done and they sent a replacement. Awesome customer service and amazing quality of product. Beautiful
