I ordered this mat for a New Years Eve seafood extravaganza party that we held with friends. The mat came quickly and was easy to set up. I used it to keep seafood appetizers warm (crab-stuffed mushrooms, fried calamari, lobster bites, etc.). It came to temperature quickly, was not obtrusive and worked like a charm! I would definitely recommend to friends!I wiped down quickly at the end of the night, rolled her up and stored in the convenient bag that was provided in the box. Great product! I’m buying more as gifts for my entertaining friends.

I purchased 2 of these for Thanksgiving Buffett.I chose these because they were the largest I could find. They heated up quickly and kept the food nice and hot for hours. I have quartz counter tops. I would suggest placing a towel under the matt as it really heated up my quartz countertops to where we could not touch them. The counter tops stayed hot for hours after> It was a bit concerning for my countertops but I will place a dish towel under them the next time I use them. Besides user error I would def. recommend these if you offer buffets as the food was nice and hot all evening.

Did an adequate job of keeping food warm. Food not warmed throughout, just from the bottom, but better than just leaving the plates on the table. Watch out: plates can get very hot!Important warning: underside gets very hot, and, despite the little siicone "feet" underneath, it potentially could damage a wooden table. I noticed a lot of heating and condensation under the mat when I first fired it up on my wood dining table. I solved the problem with the "emolife Heat Resistant Mat Thick Silicone Mats for Kitchen Counter, Countertop Protector, No-slip (Black)", which fits perfectly under this warming mat, looks great, and totally protected my table. I am satisfied with the functionality of this pair of products. I store the warming mat and the protecting mat rolled up together.

This hot food mat is worth buying.it can hold several dishes if there are children at home and the meal time are not uniform, those who eat late do not have worry about eating cold food,there are multiple temperature adjustments levels to meet various needs ,this mat can be used to warm tea or coffee. It is very convenient .it heats up quickly after plugging in the power supply.and the temperature can also be adjusted. Moreover ,the dishes can be placed randomly and irregularly, unlike the hard board that requires them to be placed in a designated position, it is easy to store and can be rolled up and placed,it has good quality,good appearance, clean and convenient. The soft material has on odor and burrs and it can be clean with a wipe. It is good to bought .

Not sure if I got a lemon. But the one time I used this was during a friend's giving dinner and it kept shutting off and only working sporadically. I was so busy that day I figured maybe it was just user error. But I just pulled it out today to try and use it again and it won't even turn on. So I think it's an electronic issue. How can I get a product replacement or help fixing it??

This warming mat warms the food and easily rolls up for storage. To protect my table, I use a heat resistant mat under it but I don’t know if that’s really necessary. We’re short on storage space so the rolling mat works great for us.

Works very nice..so far so good. Used for Christmas dinner. I was able to fit a casserole dish..gravy bowls. Safe on kitchen table too. I’ll keep it.
