I’ve never used (or even heard of) a nylon bristle brush but this works just fine.I got it because I’d bought replacement cast iron grill grates & in the manual they were quite clear about not using wire brushes.I was a little skeptical at first but after 3 months heavy usage it works great. It’s easy to clean - I run it under the tap & after a few grills stick it in the top rack of the dishwasher!Unlike my old wire brushes this material hasn’t shed a bristle. I bough it based on reviews & price & haven’t been disappointed.Well worth the money.

I was dubious when I ordered this bristle grill brush - but I was pleasantly surprised - It works great on my Traeger cermamic coated grill plates - much better than several other things I have tried!!!

Works as it should. Like that the bristles are nylon versus steel, to reduce health risks with metal fibers. ***Must use on a cold grill grate*** I think this may be the reason a lot of failures occur. I use it on a cold grill grate to remove excess material, then burn the residual off.

This is exactly what I needed for my new Kettleman grill, which has a porcelain-coated grate. Those wire bristle brushes would have ruined it in no time - plus have you seen the horror stories lately on the news where people have accidentally swallowed small bits of those wire bristles and required emergency surgery? This nylon brush cleans the grate just as easily if you let most of the crud burn off as the charcoals die down. Just wait until the grill cools off, common sense should tell you that nylon will melt. Besides, there are warnings all over the packaging this comes in that nylon melts!

Love this brush. Has very stiff bristles and cleans grill really good. I don't have to worry about metal bits falling off and going on my food. Like others mentioned only down side which is not that big a deal, is that you shouldn't use it when the grill is hot or it might melt the bristles. For the price and quality this brush is awesome and will last a long time.

Après 10 secondes d’utilisation pour nettoyer mon barbecue, il ne restait plus rien! Elle a complètement fondu.Un barbecue ne nettoie chaud, donc la brosse doit résister à la chaleur!
