They grab everything so well, and things don't slide off like regular tongs, I love that they're all steel so I can sanitize them after raw meat. The only thing I would change would be to add a close feature because I keep them closed in my drawer with a rubber band at the top so they fit, but they work well so I'm fine with it.

I was a bit worried that scrubbing it would prove difficult, but I was mistaken! It's very easy to clean and the handling is exactly what I was looking for. I've used this for hotpot, cooking steaks, grilling, etc. No issues (yet).

Pro:The tongs are made of good and thick enough material.Good opening and tension.Con:The edges are too sharp, it could cut you if not carefully hand wash.
