I have replaced the plastic blower wheel several times in my suburban furnace. After about two years, they crack. If they don’t crack, they warp due to heat. This little guy fits the bill perfectly. It fits well, and seems to be in perfect balance.I have a fifth wheel toy hauler, and my furnace is under the upstairs part. The return is under the television in the living room. I’ve heard a lot of complaints about noise. Mine doesn’t seem to sound any different than the plastic wheel. This is not a job you want to do over and over, not to mention Doing without a furnace while waiting on a replacement. Do this and be done.

Works great. This looked close but was not the same part number as 521233 which is what my furnace called for, but I thought I'd give it a shot given that I knew there were both plastic and metal fans available, and it was a perfect fit.

The furnace fan rotor on my RV was plastic and even thought he RV was only 6 months old the rotor was broken. I was going to replace it with the same plastic rotor, but found this one. I wasn't sure if it was a direct replacement, but knew I could return it if it wasn't. It fit perfectly, runs quietly, and moves as much air as the old one as much as I can tell. This being made from steel instead of plastic is a much better long term solution.

Mine had split at one end and was centrifically expanding with the heat resulting in noise as it rubbed the case. Other reviews I read stated the plastic ones last 6mo-1yr depending on use. Even though it was fairly easy, I'd rather not have to fix this again. So this was a great replacement for my plastic part!

Not sure who makes this but is not acceptable as compared to the factory wheel I wanted to replace. it installed easy enough but when I bench tested the new wheel it spun at almost a wobble. Would rub on the housing and make a head of a racket.
