Ordered this shuffler years ago and it still works great. It’s been through hundreds of shuffles and we have only had to replace the batteries a couple of times. It’s never broken and it’s simple to use. Overall a great product that we still have years after purchase!

I have a card group. We about 30 or more shufflers a year. Problem is when you order you get inferior products. I had orderfrom all the suppliers through amazon and have been most angry and dissatisfied. However, this is the first one from your supplier who has a good product. It seems to be fast and works great. I would like to be sure that I refer all the ladies directly to your site in order to eat this product. Is there a refurbishing option I can join. Literally we use 6 shufflers 2x week. And a tournament 2x year. Quality and reliability is most important.

Works really unreliably.PRO:-perfect fit for a 6-deck blackjack shoe.CON:-BATTERIES: Requires 4x C-Cell Alkaline Batteries, but does not indicate this on the box. The battery boxes do not indicate the cell size.-Performance: if you load this with 6 decks, it will not shuffle them all in one pass without a jam. You have to load it less and take it easy.-Build Quality: Plastic is thin and flimsy, so treat this gently.It's faster than trying to bridge-shuffle 6 decks. But running your decks through this machine can be frustrating. It takes a while. you need to run it multiple times.

The advertisement carries the word "new".The reality is far from the truth. My box arrived with signs it was opened, used and broken. The only honesty was there was a note attached to inform the item had a broken piece. It was built cheap. When I say cheap, it felt cheap, very cheap in fact. Forget the warranty since sending it back will cost more than buying this in the first place.Put the recommended 4 C batteries in and only 1 side will work instead of both sides to enable proper shuffling. The cause of this was a broken wire inside to 1 side of the shuffler motor.Opened up the shuffler, carried out repairs, tweaked a few components, put it all back together and viola! It works again, and fun to watch.Summary: Expect to carry out repairs to improve this product's function, performance and usability. If you are prepared to do this, then go ahead and get yourself one of these cheap toys. Otherwise, don't bother parting with your money to buy yourself an undeserved heartache.

Works perfectly. Handles 4 decks or 6 decks perfectly! We play a lot of "Hand and Foot,", so it takes a lot of decks, and I've only had the shuffler for about a week now, and it's been used daily since! C batteries aren't cheap, but I bought a set of 4, as this is what the shuffler takes, and it hasn't even slowed down. If you don't use it daily like we do, I'm sure they would last a long time, but ours haven't showed any signs of slow down yet! Would highly recommend this shuffler!

This is a necessity when you have numerous decks to shuffle. We love it and it makes the game much easier to play!
