We ordered this bike for our 3 year old to learn how to ride, without training wheels. I wanted him to not have a "crutch" when learning and thought this would be a perfect fit. I researched the other bikes on Amazon as far as safety, ease of putting together, appearance and decided on this beauty...I do not regret it! Our toddler got it for Christmas and LOVES it! The seat is the perfect height, the wheels are small enough to keep it low to the ground, but big enough for him to ride on the dirt without getting bogged down. With his helmet on, it took him about 2 minutes to learn how to ride for the first time (he had a Chillafish Balance Bike before this). I highly recommend this bike to anybody looking to get their kids riding early and building confidence.

Got this for my son on his 4th birthday. He loves it! Especially because its his favorite color - RED!!My husband and I got it set up in about a half hour. We have an issue getting the front wheel on because a piece was bent, but we were able to fix it. We also had to go out and buy a washer because we were missing one in the package. But other than that, great bike. My son asks to ride it everyday!

I had my grandson who was turning 5 watch the video prior to taking him to the park to ride. He had played on a balance bike in his yard but never a pedal bike. He got on the bike and started off on his own. He said, 'I can't believe I'm doing it'. The bike is sturdy and the perfect size for him. It was so rewarding to see the smile on his face. Thank You.

My son has rode this bike maybe 3 times and the handle bars are detached from the front wheel, and the front wheel goes out of control without the handle bars guiding it. I’m trying to find where to get product support but can’t find anything. Really really disappointing.

We purchased a 14-inch bike for our 3-year-old grandson. The bike is well built and heavy duty. We had an issue with the assembly, which would overall be simple under most circumstances. Our experience with the customer service folks, especially a kind gentleman named Akash, was excellent. Our concerns were addressed promptly and there was a satisfactory outcome. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another bike from this company.

I had to bend the metal to get the front wheel on, and the parts are missing to put the training wheels on. I’d return it but I already returned one for a bigger size and I don’t have it in me to box it up and put together a third bike. I looked for a place to contact the manufacturer and couldn’t find it.
