I’ve tried the old chirp wheels and they’re still great, but now I prefer the knobby wheels. Had the knobby wheels been an option back when I first got the chirp wheel, I’d just get those instead. They work a lot better for me. I bought all 3 since they work in different ways. If I had to pick one I’d pick the smallest one. That one gets my upper shoulders and neck just right. The larger wheels seem to be better for lower and mid back.The larger wheels look rough but they really aren’t uncomfortable to use the foam is just rigid enough to push a little deeper into your muscles. The smallest one is the most rigid on the bumps. It is uncomfortable to use lower and mid back since it’s more aggressive and there’s more of your body weight on a smaller point, but it’s perfect for my upper back and neck as I previously mentioned.They’re a little pricy considering it’s just plastic and foam, but I can’t argue with the results and that it’s cheaper and more effective than the chiropractor for me. These things really help

I love using these and it's crazy to think of not having them after I purchased them. They genuinely help with my upper back pain, especially the middle size. As a tall person (6 foot plus) with a long neck, the smallest size doesn't help as much as I'd hope, but it still feels nice. The price is worth it given that the plastic frame has not shown any signs of strains after my 200+ pound body has used it nearly daily for a few months now. I will say though that the foam has formed some wrinkles, but they've maintained shape and I assume this is normal.I highly recommend though that if you have consistent back aches, see a professional in addition to using this. I'd consider this more of a day-to-day, short-term solution, but I've seen more long-term results with seeing a chiropractor along with using the rollers. This is your pastor, not Jesus.

These are pretty expensive when compared to yoga rollers but I found them really helpful for my lower back pain. I’m not sure how useful the smallest wheel is for your neck, but the large and medium sized wheels are awesome. I had a little trouble learning how to use them at first, but once you get the hang of it they’re great

I just got this product and I'm in love. First off, great quality, but be warned - this is a very aggressive roller that digs in deep. I got the 6inch model and that worked perfect for me. The little knubs on this thing are really firm and made me realize how messed up my back was.I've had this kink around my spine/rib area around T3-T4 that was pretty much impossible to unkink without a chiropractor, who mentioned I had a spasm in my shoulder. Been stuck with this chronic dull aching pain for at least a decade. Have tried all kinds of rollers, tennis balls, massage guns - you name it. But the very first day i got this beautiful thing, I rolled on it for several minutes, several times throughout the day (not gona lie, i was probably having it dig in my problem area by laying on this for an hour. Nothing ever hurt this good before...). Anyway, by evening, I guess I happened to inadvertently loosen up enough of the spasm that when i started rolling down, I heard a *POP*."Damn, that was nice," I thought.I thought it was jusy a simple *snap, popple, crack*, but once I sat down, my problem area started getting tingly and the tingliness started moving up my head and giving me goosebumps on my ears and hair. I really think this roller unkinked this decade kink of mine. This is the most cathartic feeling of relief I've had in a long time. This roller is my new go-to. Do yourself a favor and get this! Reminder: this is an aggressive roller that really digs in deep. If I could give this product 100 stars, I would.

I've had other regular chirps since 2020 and these are an upgrade, kind of, if you need a deeper/different massage. Took off a star because the foam is pretty soft and has already permanently deformed/mashed in after single use. Took of another star because these bastards are creaking and cracking more than my first ones at first use. Kind of concerning considering it's brand new and doesn't make as many noises as my much much older originals. Other than that the neck one is great feeling release. Really like the knoby one especially for quads and back.

I bought this as a stocking stuffer for my husband... needless to say, it didn't fit in his stocking. However, it was a total hit and we both use it to stretch our necks and it's so good for relieving the start of a headache or tension from sleeping in the wrong position. My sister tried it and immediately wanted one. Definitely recommend!

Honestly just buy these! As someone who works from home these are a back saver for me. They do hurt but it feels great after. They take a second to get used to rolling but super duper effective.

I have suffered from back pain for many years due to a car accident. My back gets tight and stiff and painful. This product really helps for me to stretch my back on my own, and allows me to crack my back independently without having to go to chiro or RMT as often. I would recommend.

All the chirp wheels cause an awful kink in my neck after use. The only ones that remove the kink a couple of days after use are these spiked ones. I use all 3. Had to return the basic ones. The deep massage ones, the latest I will keep.
