I was looking for something affordable and put price over quality, so I thought. The quality of this bag is amazing!! The bag is a perfect fit. It is a great quality material for protection with padded siding. It has hand straps and a shoulder strap with a shoulder guard making it easy to carry your cymbals. The stitching quality of the handles is fantastic! There is a large zipper pocket in the front, the bag itself isn't bulky, it has a very slim design. Overall the design, the price, the ease of use of the product is great! The cymbals in the photo are 22" for fit reference. They slide right in with extra room. Definitely a good buy!

First I want to say thanks to the gracious people above that commented about the weight this bag can hold.I've been searching for months for something round in shape, about 24 inches in circumference, and I found nothing. I needed a product that I could use to both transport and keep my MoJoe Griddle/car clean. The owner of Mojoe Outfitters, a great guy, American company and all, out of Southern CA offers a rugged bag for his griddle. The problem is that he charges $150 for the bag. Don't get me wrong, the bag is made in America, locally in Southern CA. It uses Seatbelt nylon, three layers thick. It will hold that griddle (which weighs just over 30 pounds) and then some. But I cannot justify spending $150 on a carry-case. I just can't do it.I found this product and took a chance. I was mostly concerned about it being able to cover the hefty weight of the griddle, but seeing as I only want to protect the griddle from the elements (it will rust easily if left uncovered outside or in the rain, etc) and be able to transport the griddle in my vehicle without getting oil residue and the like all over my car, as well as to transport this griddle about 40 feet from my house to my car, I thought It would be worth the rest. And I was right. It's the perfect size. The griddle fits, with a little extra room on either side. There's a pocket to keep your griddle scraper and anything else you might use like spatulas or a small canister of oil for seasoning.Picking up the griddle using the two handles on the bag, and quickly moving it up, down, and all around reassured me that the bag can handle the weight, especially for the short distance that I plan to travel with it.I am extremely happy. I have two Mojoe Griddles, and I've placed both of them in the bag for now (roughly 63 pounds) and though I wouldn't want to carry it very far, it seems to hold that weight just fine as well. The bottom of the bag seems to be reinforced with what seems to be a single layer of a seatbelt type material. The threads seem to be stitched well all along the bottom. With one Mojoe griddle, I have no issue giving a green light to carry it around pretty much anywhere. With two griddles, I'd be careful though. Which is why I'm going to buy a second bag right after posting this review. What will be most interesting to see is will any rust accumulate if I leave the bagged griddle outside on my covered deck for an extended period of time. If/when I do that test, I will report back for anyone interested.

After reading reviews, searching cases, and considering different options, I decided to try the ChormaCast 24" cymbal case. The 22" of the FTX beauty dish is an inside measurement, and it has larger exterior dimensions (around 23"x5.75" -- I measured, but can't remember exactly). Although I have read others used a 22" cymbal bag with 22" beauty dish, I still was concerned about size, as I didn't want the dish squeezed in there and possibly rub the inside of the zipper, so I went for 24" bag. Since the beauty dish is much deeper than cymbals, the extra size allows for this difference. This bag is almost perfect (see below) for the FTX beauty dish, not only fit, but the side padding is enough to protect if from minor dings and scrapes and protect from dirt/dust -- exactly what I wanted!! Because the beauty dish is very light weight, the construction of the bag is plenty good enough, and I think it will last decently.I have zero experience with cymbals, but from what I have read in reviews, they have a good amount of weight to them (MUCH more than my beauty dish). If carrying weight in the bag, I would be very concerned about how the handles and stitching would hold up.Upon arrival, this bag has a VERY strong, not nice smell, however, since I don't plan on wearing it on my head (I prefer paper for that), it is not an issue for me. I think the smell will dissipate after a few days out of the plastic bag.THE VERY BAD PART -- I removed a star for this. There is a break in the padding at the bottom of the bag, where the side meets the bottom. When setting down the bag with the dish inside, the lip of the dish has ZERO protection, with only the thin "nylon canvas" in the section that touches the ground/floor/whatever.

I purchased this bag for $20, and for the price it's an amazing deal. It doesn't have a seperate pocket for hi hat cymbals, or dividers to keep your cymbals separate. Its padding is relatively modest, but seems moderately durable.I purchased it as a travel case for a DW Design Series bass drum. It fits perfectly with the mounts for the legs. I haven't tried it with the legs in the drum, but they fit well in side pocket of the bag. While I gave the bag a 5 star review, that was using it for my purpose as a bass drum bag. I don't know that i would rate it that high as a cymbal bag considering the missing features that I am accustomed to, but at it's price point it doesn't make sense to pass it up if it fits your needs.

Cymbal bag seems pretty durable for my needs. Even brought it to a gig with 7 cymbals in it. Did not come with the strap, but read not so great reviews about the strap...the handles work just fine. Would buy again and it shipped very quickly!

Purchased this bag to take cymbals to uni once a week. Yesterday, on the 3rd occurrence of the bag being used, the strap completely broke. Aware that this is a cheap bag but would have expected it to last longer than 3 weeks. Very disappointed.

My first cymbal bag. Was on sale for... 3$ USD ! (4$ CND). I don't think it's worth 48$ like they say, but at 3$ I had to try it :) (I bought 3 of them). Seems pretty solid. The front pocket is perfect for little things (drum sticks etc). There is no separations in the bag, so if you don't want your cymbals to touch each other, you'll have to find something. Perfect products for my basic needs !

Perfect for the price... i use it at home so, for me it’s enough. But if you want something for transport buy something a little bit better

Will hold cymbals very nicely. It is a soft (not hard) case. Feels like strong rugged material with some padding to protect and dampen any clanging. I use it to contain my drum pad and exercise books and drum and cymbal related equipment. It suits my equipment needs very well.
