I bought this boot jack after undergoing knee surgery, it was a serious problem getting my tall motorcycle boots off. I have been totally recovered for years, but still use it because it makes taking my boots off so easy. I should also note that I had to pack it in my small saddlebags when I went on a trip not long after I recovered enough to ride. The unit is light, doesn’t take up much space as clothes can be packed around it, and is strong enough to withstand almost anything. You can spend a lot more to get fancier boot jacks, but they don’t work ant better and probably won’t last any longer.

Makes removal much easier, AND without marring my beautiful boots! Only suggestions: I could wish for a little more weight overall, & a higher-traction surface on the part you step on.

These boot jacks have never scarred or marked my boots as some others have. From work boots to expensive exotics, I trust Chuck’s WoodBarn boot jacks to make removing my boots easily and gently. Start with one of their Black Jack models, then a Beefcake or a Crackerjack. They make excellent gifts as well!

It gets boots off but the lightweight plastic under the leather moves too easily...
