Wife loves having the option this provides. Easy install, be prepared when you test it if you’re standing in front of the toilet.Due to demand, I Reluctantly installed a 2nd one in the main bathroom that she & the grandkids use but the compromise is that I’m adding an on/off lever for the water supply.

Heya! I like the value for the money. The design is lovely. It works great! I just miss the nozzle cleaning setting and not being able to operate it by touch only...I don't want to have to turn the lights on to use it necessarily :-) But it's GREAT value for my less used toilet! I love my bidet attachments so much. Went from 96 rolls of TP a year down to 36 or less. Which is so great. I use washcloths to dry and then wash those. They never get super soiled since I also utilize TP at times.

Purchased for my special needs son who will face issues with wiping, found out the whole family likes it. This save my pipes and my wallet and was very easy to install. Be sure that the dial is turned to off however, it did not leak outside the toilet but did run for a bit.

I love this bidet. It appears to be high quality and was very easy to install. If you take the time to connect the fittings correctly, you'll have no worries of leaks. The bidet jets do their job and align perfectly to their intended targets. I use minimal toilet paper now so in the long run I'll be saving significant money. Glad I gave this a try.

This is a great product. A game changer for sure. It was easy to install only took about 10 minutes. Friends and family thought I was crazy till they tried it... not only is it a better hygienic way to clean your bottom but it also saves on TP. Save trees, save money!

Do not believe this is an easy installation. It started as a one-person job, having to be finished the next day by two people AND a live phone call with CIAYS customer service. Our bathroom was completely remodeled less than 2 years ago, so this difficulty was not due to older pipes, etc... The "t-valve" had a defect in threading and the included water tape was useless. Had to spend more funds at hardware store to get parts that worked together.*Then the bumpers (to stick on bottom of toilet seat) did not last more than two days - with one coming unglued and accidentally flushed and lost. A second (out of three) was found floating in the bowl (see photos). Another call to CIAYS customer service. Was told it would be replaced, then we had to print out receipt, scan as PDF and submit with their emailed instructions. The following reply came the next day:*Dear Customer,Thank you for the contact.We are sorry that we don't have the related accessory and new replacement in stock.Besides, we didn't cooperate with this factory anymore for a period.As your order is still within 30 days, we kindly recommend reaching out to Amazon directly to arrange for help, such as a return or to request a replacement.Best regards,Customer Service Team*Amazon gave me a refund MINUS the free-shipping that I should have received because my total order had qualified. I've never had to write a bad review, so this is totally new for me. I feel ripped-off. Stay away from this product and seller. It's been a total nightmare.

I purchased this bidet on sale for $14, and now I wish I bought more!Installation instructions state tools should not be used to avoid damage, however the connection between the T valve and the toilet tank did require me to use a wrench to stop the leak. Inside the top T valve connection is a rubber cone seal that didn't look fully seated into the T valve and could not be moved by hand, had to use a wrench to fully tighten the connection. Zero leaks after that.The flow selector seems to be tuned for lower water pressure than I have, level 1 was almost to the top of my comfort limit. Luckily power can be adjusted between the clicks for full control.I would recommend this bidet for those looking for a budget friendly way to upgrade your daily bathroom usage.

I honestly wasn't expecting much for Heavier people may have an issue with the spacers if their toilet seat isn't very stiff. Depends on the seat itself.
