This cover is perfect for a circular firepit and fits perfectly. It is heavy-duty and lasts longer than most covers.

This is the second time I've purchased this fire pit cover. They don't last forever, but my first one lasted for 5 years. Being out in the weather, they do eventually start to get brittle and develop small tears. Also, I pressure washed my first one which might not have been a good idea since it weakened the fabric. Also, when small tears develop, I baseball stitch them together and put a piece of duct tape on the underside. This extends the life of the cover. But, this past spring, I splurged and got a brand new one. I expect it to last at least another 5 years! The elastic band around the bottom is a nice feature, too.

I suspect that the package is (strictly speaking) accurate in that "the cover *can* fit over a 44" firepit" -- but our firepit is 40" in diameter, and the cover just barely covers the table-top and does not extend down the legs, as is shown in the picture. Plus the "loops" intended to tie around the legs are simply small semi-circular gaps in the material. In theory, you could pull them over the legs, but that would require lifting each corner of the table to get the loops under the legs. Moreover, there's no way we could pull the cover far down enough to get the loops over more than a leg or two on our 40" diameter firepit. In short, the product works (I don't really feel the legs need protection from the weather anyway), but it's not quite what you might think, based on the description provided by the manufacturer. The material looks solid and it seems reasonably well made, however, so we are not unhappy with the product.

Fits well. Solid construction. Replaced the exact same cover once it started leaking after 8 years (!) of being outside in the sun/elements. Couldn't be happier.

Excellent fire pit cover. In past I had ruined pits from rust and weather. Not this go around. In recently ordering a gorgeous fire pit on Amazon I wanted to take better care. This cover kept coming up, for best price, great reviews (I read all these reviews, you guys help me order what I end up deciding on, THANK YOU!!) I ordered this hoping it'd fit fine. Well IT DOES! Fits my fire pit perfectly! Very resilient, have used for a few months now -- been through heavy rains, daily garden watering, and blazing sun. Holding up wonderfully, and does not allow a drop of water through, preserving my fire pit. Highly recommend.

After looking at a lot of fire pit covers and reading many reviews, I chose this cover and highly recommend it! The khaki-colored fabric is a heavy duty duck cloth with a rain resistant inside coating, and it is well constructed. It has already endured some nasty midwestern thunderstorms and quite a bit of backyard watering!Our fire pit is 23" in diameter with a 30" fire ring surrounding it at the top. This cover is bigger with an elasticized bottom, so it tucks easily over the entire fire pit, except for the legs, and I don't care if those are exposed. (I could, but don't bother to use the little bands that would secure it to the fire pit legs.)Best of all, it's good looking. Nice complement to all the work we've been doing to spruce up the back yard!

I have purchased covers like this (normally for firepits) for my round patio tables. This cover was supposed to fit up to 44" firepit, but I could not get it around my 40" patio table top. Way too small. I could not find a label on this cover as Amazon shipped it in no frills packaging (cheaper) so they might have sent a smaller cover by mistake..My other covers like this in the past have lasted for 3 plus years in rain and snow. High marks for quality, but only three stars for sizing.

Great product. Covers the whole fire pit. Good thick quality waterproof fabric. I used a short bungee cord looped under the legs for extra resistance from wind.

Ich habe mir die AmazonBasic Feuerstelle gekauft. Die Abdeckung passt dazu perfekt.Mittlerweile hat die Abdeckung schon so ziemlich alles gesehen: Starke Sonne, Regen, Wind.Die Abdeckung hält. Mal sehen wie langlebig das Ding ist. Zutrauen würde ich der Folie aktuell alles.....
