People don't believe me that this hat was $45. Well made and solid. Doesn't have the refinement of a 300 hat but that can't be expected. It fits well, runs a little big so size down, its also very stiff but that's actually nice since it holds its shape better.

In the reviews I saw, several said they ran large and one said it was small. I know my correct hat size and this is a bit large, so it’s loose.Several others noted that it comes in a plastic bag. I don’t care how many air pillows get packed in the box, but if you buy this, makes certain it’s the only thing in the box. Order it by itself, otherwise the other products will beat the hat up. Good thing I ordered a new steamer the other day.The basic hat shape is good for my head. It’s the same as Justin western hats. I ordered a bowler the other day and it’s too round, with pressure on the front and back and not touching the sides at all. So I’ve got several hats to fix with the steamer.I don’t find the hat very rigid. It’s not made to be crushable and hills its shape, but it’s not as firm as a solid western hat or the new bowler. I’m hoping the steam firms it up. I’m guessing some files just aren’t used to felt hats.

This is an excellent hat. I've been wearing a crushable until receiving this. Now I'm looking for another one just like this in a brown color. Non -crushable is the way to go.

Ordered the M 7 1/8, and it's definitely, not that size. It's huge. Wish I could return for a smaller size. Quality is perfect. Beautiful hat that gets tons of compliments. Love the hat, but the size is wrong, so it fits me huge. :-(

Good quality, great value. If you’ve measured your head circumference and think that the hat size might be a bit tight, I would order it because I thought the hat fit me just a bit large. The included foam insert can compensate for this. Initially the one I ordered was simply too large, and there was no problem and no cost to return. I subsequently ordered one size down and it was perfect.

Tiene buena presencia y calidad. Es de lana y por lo tanto es un sombrero caliente. Como lo compré para el invierno es excelente. El sombrero es un producto hecho a mano y la medida varÃa de acuerdo a la presión que le pusieron en la prensa o como lo plancharon.. por eso viene con una tira gruesa para achicarlo un poco en caso de que te quede flojo, asà que midete bien la cabeza y pidelo en el rango, no vayas mas pequeño pues no se puede aflojar.

It appears to be of good quality. Felt-like material. However, the brim is quite wide at 2.5 to 2.75 inches, which doesn’t look that good with the length of my small face. It’s a nice hat on the right-sized face (I’m not talking about one’s head circumference). The best brim width for me is 2 to 2.25 inches.
