This is exactly what my elderly mother needed and it's perfect for her needs. It's easy to use, looks great and more importantly is extremely simple with no extras on it like numbers, hands, buttons, etc. It does one thing: It shows her what day it is for her to take her meds. That's it. It's all she needs and it's very easy for her to understand. I highly recommend this day clock.

Since retiring everyday seemed like a Saturday. Then, I saw a friend had this clock and I knew I had to have it. I have had it for 3 months and it works well, keeps the day and being in a much used room I always know the day. It's fun, yet practical.

I bought this for my friend who is always asking what day it is. It was the more expensive one but I wanted something that could be hung anywhere and not look cheesy. The wood made it a classy choice and it's really a nice quality. Great gift for a friend or yourself, especially if you're a retiree.

Really liked the idea of this clock for my 95 year old Grandmother, to help her keep track of which day it was. Unfortunately, with it hung on the wall, just six feet from her chair, she could not read the days of the week given their small(ish) size (even with her glasses). [This was the Aluminum Frame version.]Seems to me like a really good idea for retirees and elderly - but probably need a larger format version with larger font for the days of the week to be truly beneficial for the elderly.

Accurate, reliable, silent. Helpful to my loved one (suffering from old-age demetia). In terms of "Value for money "it is a bit poor, but it's still relatively the most affordable price range (similar device using the native language of my family member is about twice as costly). I made the inscriptions (day-labellings) bilingualized with labels glued to the frame of the device, which saved me a lot of costs (compared to if I had purchased a national language or multilingual device in my own country). I ordered two pieces, as my concerned family member has a bedroom and a drawing room, so time-keeping is supported the whole day. It is unfortunate, that as dementia progresses, and the degree of autonomy decreases, some pill-reminding has become necessary, but the orientation (given by this device) is still useful.

Love it! After a total of 28 years of serving the US Army (20 Active Duty, 8 Reserve) where punctuality is enforced, I can relax and now just wonder what day of the week it is : )-Retired US Army Vet with 3 tours of Iraq.

Purchased a day clock as a gift for a couple of relatives, they use it all the time. They are retired and find that they actually refer to it to see the day as days can blur together when you're having fun. Stylish, functional, and humorous too.

With no more daily newspapers it is good to track the days of the week.

This product turned up looking like something from the $2 shop. The price I paid for it was definitely not worth it.

It started as a gag Christmas gift for my wife as being retired we joke constantly about what day it is. (the struggle is real) Surprisingly it has become useful Day to Day and hang let us down. We have it right in our kitchen so when we get up for our morning coffee it's right there to start the day off a little smarter. We found it best to set it a noon as you can get a more accurate setting. The little knob is for approximate setting and the larger knob for the finer adjustment to the lines.Every person that works from home or retired should own one!
