This sand really is so much nicer than the “play sand†you might buy at a home improvement store. I have had ours for a year now and it’s still so great to play with. I feel better having my toddler play in sand that is real beach sand and not hiding toxins. Look up play sand, if you haven’t already, and prepare to be shocked and disgusted at what is in there. This is pricey so don’t try to fill a giant sand box. We have ours in a sand table with a lid. The sand has been wet from play, rain, and snow but it always dries out and stays so nice. I would buy again.

Got to say that initially I was underwhelmed. I did over an hour of research there are lots of sands out there but this was the best one that I can find .. we live in South Florida so my children are very used to the beach my youngest daughter has some obsession with digging in the dirt so he purchased this to help keep her from digging in the ground and give her something clean/safe. The sands little bit gritty and initially behaved very much like wet salt before we wet it ...but after we got it wet it tended to act just like regular beach sand. Yes honestly it could use a little bit more fine (dust dirt) to help it act like sand but for people with breathing problems I could see that being an issue. overall I give this a 8 out of 10 for clean sand.. it plays well. Ied but again.. however just be prepared that it does act like sand so if you have young children be prepared to wash send out of ears, hair etc. It doe dry pretty quickly as long as you have it in a drain proof container and a little sun then goes back to its regular self. I would recommend this.For my 5 and 10yo girls

Unlike most of the sand sold as "Play Sand" or "Sandbox Sand" which has sand grains too large to stick together and often clogs our child's "sand activated" toys, this sand is much like what one might find on a Florida beach. When it's dry, it flows smoothly through children's "sand activated" toys and when it's sufficiently damp, it can easily be formed into shapes and structures. While it's a bit expensive, we're very happy with this sand.

My toddler had so much fun with this sand. Packaging was intact and didn't leak much. When we poured it into the table, it didn't create a dusty cloud so it made for an easty setup. When a little wet it was easy to mold and build. We played with it dry for sensory play and it feels so Soft.

Ended up being great for my wedding decor. My 3 5 and 9 year old nephews last year loved what was left to play with.

It’s sand - the size was smaller than expected and not worth the price. when we returned it they just sent us another bag. When we returned that one they said that they “tried to refund but couldn’tâ€

Wonderful sand for toddler play. My only regret is that I did this indoors and now I have sand everywhere, as if we've just gone to the beach, and yet, we don't live anywhere near a beach. Do it outdoors, kids can't be trusted, haha.
