I didn't like the design- I was concerned it would damage my guitar's finish and might dent the wood.

This lift constantly falls off the guitar no matter how tight you think it is. The tips on the ends of the holder are much too short to keep a good grip on the guitar edges. Very frustrating.

Well engineered and manufactured. Subpar packaging. How difficult was it to put a piece of cardboard between the parts so the upper part of support doesn't dig in into the rubber of the lower part? One of the nuts, fortunately not one of the mission-critical ones, was cross-threaded during the assembly and just tossed into the bag.

Used this product for my rental kit for my guitar lesson business. My students say that it keeps falling off. Even if it's tight enough, it will fall off eventually. I don't recommend it at all.
