Clenine, a product of Chicago-latrobe, will not disappoint. Union made in USA, with many processes still completed by hand. This product is true american industry. If all machine tooling was this high qaulity, we'd have put a man on Mars already. Cleline B&G bits will cut into bearings, trunions, pins, rollers, knuckles, spindles, gear steel, etc. - when proper feed pressure (most important) and speed are applied. Truly through-hardened, not Case "hardened" like the rest, and can be ground and re sharpened hundreds of times (assuming you can grind equal, correct cut and relief angles) they are "good as new" until you've shortened it below the web twist, which would take a lifetime. I have at least 300 bits from Cleline's black & gold series, ranging from the smallest decimal bits for carburetor and trans valve body work, to 1-5/8, 1-3/4, and beyond for heavy fab, bearing bores, etc. Building and modifying all sorts of automotive and heavy industry equipment, desert trucks, race cars, custom work and more for the better half of 2 decades, here in L.A., and cleline has been there with me for most of it. I own 3 of this exact set, among countless other cleline sets, one for Home, shop, and pit truck. Never once has one broken in a major way, and the foreground edge holds as strong and cuts as well as the factory tip.If you are looking at drill hog, drill America, etc. - STOP - been there, crashed that. If they'll lie outright about being American made, how could you possiby expect a qaulity product? Let alone support them??Buy these with pride, and enjoy having something you know wont let you down, when everything else does

They cut great, they don’t dull easy and look awesome, I know I made a long term investment. American made but Cle Line is owned by a Chinese company… buy American hire American!!
