On our second batch of three pods. Planted them a week ago, per instructions, and all are showing several tiny leaves already! After we used the first batch last winter, which continued growing and producing fragrant leaves for our cooking, we transplanted the plants in outdoor pots once the weather warmed up. One plant didn’t survive, but the other two grew over a foot tall, and very bushy, giving us a plentiful supply all summer! Leaves we don’t use, I put in a freezer bag and keep in the freezer; not the way you’re told on the internet, but the leaves stay green and make delicious additions to soups, pastas, etc. A good investment!

Purchased this as it is one of the spices needed for various cooking.Item arrived as advertised and timely.Item grows fairly good within a week or two.Once it has sprouted and has produced it tends to grow quicker at that point.I love Basil so definitely love my purchase and it does grow and work within the planter it is designed for.

The basil pod is easy to plant and it germinates in less than a week . I use basil in many of my family dishes and this allows me a fresh herb opportunity.

This was a reorder for me as the first ones grew well, tasted great, and had a long life. So I reordered and this one has been a total disaster! First - it is never clear to replace the water wicks...which I finally learned but not from their website. Second, this batch has mold growing all over it. So I am growing mold well but the plant isn't growing at all. This is NOT an issue with Amazon but an issue with the quality of the three pods I received. The website says good customer service - must be in a different country or different language as I haven't had a response or a replacement. Maybe this will get someone's attention. I generally like the Click and Grow Smart Garden but this batch of pods has been just crap!

I received this grow system as a gift last year. The basil was so successful that I reordered it this spring. It has sprouted and is 1/2 in tall. It couldn’t be easier.

I liked the ease of growing. I ordered three basil plants. Besides filling with water, no attention is needed. It took about three weeks for the seed to produce a plant. My only disappointment is that the light, when extended to its highest position, will not fit under my cabinetry. I have purchased replacement pods successfully. The unit was received as a gift and provided fresh herbs year round.

Consistently germinate in 3-4 days. Healthy, strong plants. Going to try planting one of the three pods out into my herb garden when it gets a bit bigger and frost risk is passed.

Das Basilikum schmeckt sehr gut, und man muss nicht viel dafür machen für den Preis bekommt man auch 3 Pods und somit finde ich es sehr fair.

Commandé le 16 décembre, reçu le 19 décembre et voici la photo de ce jour le 24 décembre, soit 5 jours ! Les trois ont bien poussées. J'ai placé les trois mottes dans les compartiments du dispositif prévu à cet effet. J'ai rempli d'eau doucement par le dessus pour hydrater les mottes qui étaient très sèches et dont le volume était inférieur au compartiments. Ça a gonflé et la terre a rempli ces petits pots. Ensuite l'hydratation se fait en remplissant le réservoir comme d'habitude et ça remonte par capillarité par les petites tiges.Par contre je trouve que ces recharges sont très chères alors la prochaine fois je vais tout de même essayer avec des graines, du terreau et de l'engrais pour voir.Malgré le prix je suis très contente. Je recommande.
