My daughter wanted a magician costume so she can do tricks. This particular item was purchased for her birthday. She loved it when she got it. It's well made and gives the kids easy tricks they can do. She wears it around the house everyday and sometimes sleeps in itHighly recommend.

Cape is made nicely and should be able to handle a kid with strong hands. What a wonderful start for a magicians journey. He wanted this for Christmas so hopefully he will continue to be interested in becoming a Magician.

Purchased for my son’s 6th birthday. Costume/hat quality are great! Heart is sturdy. Not sure how magic trick portion will hold up long term.This is not a gift to buy and have them keep themselves entertained this is an opportunity to get into your child’s world and play with them. There are a few easy tricks you can teach 4them but for the most part, plan to be interacting and fully engaged.Magic supplies are sturdy. Totally worth the money

Our 7 yr old wanted to do a magic act for his schools talent show. When I tell you he got the biggest applause out of anyone. When he pulled the rabbit out of the hat the crowd went wild. Mr Knuffles the rabbit even took a bow….lol. He is definitely going to remember it for the rest of his life. Afterwards he told me “It was my time to Shineâ€. Best thing I have purchase in a long time.

Like other reviews, the hat is extremely small with no stretch capacity because the opening is a essentially a metal band which serves as the base for the top hat coil. Another problem is that the coil is top heavy and leans to the side. It can collapse but it cannot stay collapse unless it is being held down, which is problematic for storing it in its box. The cape is great, the wand is basic, the bunny is cute, the instructions are minimal. Because the hat is such a big part of both the costume and the tricks, it’s unfortunate that it has so many issues. The excitement and fantasy of it all really loses its steam when the main prop is so poorly designed.
