Worked perfectly and the only thing to remember is "do not touch the glow end" as it will make it fail prematurely from the oil on your skin.

Product arrived and was exactly what I needed. Took 5 minutes to install in my furnace. My furnace fired right up with no issues. I would definitely order this product again.This part was an ideal replacement for my Bryant furnace. Great quality and easy yo install.

Hi this part fit great and didn’t break like the first one we ordered from another company. The other one between the two wires was too narrow and it broke when trying to install as this one was a bit wider like the original part and so it fit better. Please list the measurement between the two wires. As we drove an hour twice to install. And the tenants had no heat for a couple more days and they then used a small heater that can cause fires. They had to wait an extra day of no heat. The part was told that it would arrive in one day but it had taken two days but it fit nicely

Item is too large for the carrier furnace model it says it is compatible with. Can’t use it as a result. The element base is also narrower than what is shown on the picture, so a bit misleading.
