Really nice pillows. We ordered two, one didn't "plump" up when it came out of vacuum pack like the other did but seller/amazon was very cooperative and sent a replacement right away. The replacement plumped up fine. They are very comfortable pillows. I think they're firm, yet soft. As good a quality as I've seen for $80+ dollars in retail stores. Would definitely recommend.

This pillow is incredible. It’s very firm and has memory foam. Your head sinks in nicely after laying on it, but it doesn’t sink all the way through causing it to go flat. It’s durable and thick. I fall asleep within minutes. It’s improved my sleep because I no longer wake up at looking for a new pillow. Also, the price is reasonable. The shape is unique. The larger hump fills in the area around my neck for maximum support. I don’t think I could go back to any other pillow to be honest.

After suffering from neck pain and getting no answers from doctors after ultrasound, cat scan, etc, I thought I would try this to better position my head for sleeping. It worked great for me and I have no problem sleeping on sides, back, or front with this pillow. It has stayed firm and kept shape well.

I bought for my mom and she loves it. It helps her neck, less pain when she wakes up. Worth the price!

Great pillow. Felt the neck support after days of use. Improved sleep quality by giving me a restful sleep and no neck pain in the morning. Memory foam contours well with my head and neck.

Good quality for the price. Not super firm but supportive. Replaced three standard sized memory foam contour pillows and made my king bed look neat.

Nice material. Soft with good rebound. Works well for my mum with cervical compression from an old car accident and rheumatoid arthritis. She also has a buffalo hump and shorter neck with her petite stature. She loves it! It works well with her c-pap machine by keeping her neck supported enough to stay sleeping on her back all night.
