Bought this Bodkin to make it easier to make scrunchies from extra material from my daughter's wedding dress. Very easy to use to hold the elastic thru the material. It also has a good grip on the elastic.

I love the clamp that holds the elastic for threading, but it’s very wide and thick. I got 5/8†elastic through a space which originally held 1†elastic, but with great difficulty getting past the side seams, because of the seam allowances inside the tube. (Why the band was 3 pieces of fabric joined I have no clue!). I was determined not to remove and replace the waistband! I wiggled and yanked the threader until it went, but it was tough. It zoomed through the rest of the waistband, but instead of the 2 minutes I expected it was close to 30 minutes and the air was blue around me. I’m still happy with the product.

Durch Zufall bin auf dieser Hilfe gestoßen. Ohne z.B das Gummiband, welches in den Hosenbund eingefädelt werden soll, zu beschädigen, funktioniert diese Einfädelhilfe. Mittels eines Clips wird das einzufädelnde Band fixiert und kann problemlos durch den Tunnel gezogen werden. Alles in allem: Eine tolle Unterstützung für jeden Hobbyschneider und jede Hobbyschneiderin!
