This is another one of those "why in the world didn't I get this sooner?' products. As someone who's used an X-acto knife for years and years for intricate cuts in thin materials, it just didn't occur to me that I should switch to a rotary cutter. But this is SO MUCH easier to use.Now, it won't work well for heavy cardboard. But for lightweight materials it's wonderful and a real time-and-hand saver. For example, I am using it to cut intricate stencils out of freezer paper and it works like a dream

I found a pattern for a quilt I wanted to make that had lots of curves on it. I've been told smaller cutters make them way more accurately than using the regular 45mm cutter. It's also great for cutting out small applique flowers or anything that needs fine cutting. I'm finding this cutter works better for me than trying to use scissors or larger cutters !

I bought this because it was a more affordable option, and I believe I got what I paid for. It was fine, but only fine. The wheel didn’t rotate well but it still cut ok. It was easy to hold and maneuver but I would have preferred to be more confident in my cuts. I used this for gently rounded petals on an appliqué quilt, but I will purchase a more expensive cutter for a project that I’m more invested in.

This little rotary cutter is great when you use it for its intended purpose: cutting small pattern pieces and ones with tight curves. Since it's little, you can't cut too many layers at once, but that makes sense. The rounded handle is nice and comfy, and I think its shape and color are cute!

This is so cheep it feels like it will break while using The blade wont turn smoothly it catches and also has a squeak I also bought extra blades for it ,,a waste of money ,, very disappointed,, I used it a few times but feels like it could break in your hand and thats using light pressure ,,, and if it does that could be so dangerous ,,not using it again, would like my money refunded for the cutter and blades ,,but Im so tired of being disipointed and having to waste my gas to take it to be returned ,the blade has a drag to it ,does not roll smoothly,and squeeks when in use

I got this to cut small curvy parts out of mainly cotton fabric. It's ability to quickly turn and go with the edge did take some getting used to, but after a day or so, it's the perfect tool!

I love my 18 mm “Clover†Rotary Cutter. I purchased primarily for the ergonomic way in which I hold the rotary cutter in my hand especially when in a seated position. My hand, wrist & arm are much less fatigued. This ergonomic design was very important for me as I am disabled & sit in a wheelchair. It my understanding all “Clover†Rotary Cutters are ergonomically designed for cutting in a seated as well as a standing position. The cutter is also quite comfortable in my hand. Very good buy.

Da ich die falschen Ersatz-Messer bestellt hatte, habe ich ihn mir zugelegt und bin doch recht zufrieden.Griffigkeit ist wie bei den "Großen" gegeben und erleichtert das Zuschneider kleinerer Teile ungemein!
