Your cart is empty. These ceramic magnets each measure 1-1/2" in diameter and 1/4" in thicnkess and are made of a grade 8 ceramic magnetic material and are capable of holding up to 2.8 lbs per magnet. This listing is for a package of 5 magnets.
While not quite as powerful as neodymium magnets, ceramic magnets, or ferrite magnets are an economic solution for applications in which neodymium magnets are either too strong, too expensive, or environmental conditions are not ideal. Because of their extremely brittle nature, caution should be exercised when handling these magnets because they can expel shards if they are allowed to snap together or inadvertently slam against a magnetic surface.

I needed these magnets for a small project in our apartment and they have worked great! They have enough strength to hold things up but are not too difficult to pull apart.

My son used these magnets for a science fair experiment and these worked great! His experiment was to subject them to boiling water, ice cold water, and freezing conditions to see how temperature affects their magnetism, and these held up great under each of these conditions.

These are super powerful and an excellent size! So powerful you can't pull them apart straight forward.. instead you have to slide one off the other to separate one from the others.

Right size and shape, ok for small things or to hold papers against a metal surface. I bought this to attach it to my truck and snap my Android Galaxy Note4 but it slides off. Otherwise good magnets
