First time user working with formica. This tool was amazing! Get the blade in the general height (up and down as long as it will cut the formica) and off you go! Don't worry about a 90 turn. Whip it around. The amazing design of this product made a PERFECT FLUSH CUT. I am still amazed by how easy and perfect it turned out. Best money I spend on my project. :0)

Works great. I was doing a high gloss laminate job and this bit solved the problem of the bearing scratching the laminate when it gets clogged with glue.

I have been using this bit for a week now. I like the performance so far. Smooth cutting action no resistance from the triangle teflon bearing housing! I have left glue on the side that the bearing runs on to see if there is any glue build up and have been pleasantly surprised that there is no glue getting to the bearing causing burning. I am ordering more of these. It would be nice if the cutter was smaller in diameter to make closer inside corner cuts. That is the only improvement I could suggest, otherwise this router bit is awsum!

If you route against finish surfaces with this guy you need to be extremely careful at what angle you go into it at or the triangular guide slaps the surface and can leave a mark depending on what you're doing. Definitely needs a better ball bearing in it. But I guess it works as inteded.Bought this to try something new to me, left me feeling sub-par. Prefer my normal circular ball bearing guides.
