Multi-function machines have come a long ways. So I expect near limitless features in a unit that claims the "multifunction" status. This unit is barely any more then a basic fax machine. No network connections, no wireless. To print you must have a usb cable that is not included. The pc drivers for this unit are also overly simple. You can only fax from a document. So if you want to fax 2 seperate files, you have to send 2 seperate faxes, thats just dumb. It is decently fast but it should be seeing the low quality resolutions that it uses. A multifunction device that is going to take real estate on my desk needs to do it all and this unit does not.
