I read the instruction . It sounded very complicated to set up. I wait for about an year to have my brother who owned a TV repair shop , to help me to set it up. The recording of incoming calls quit to work not long after I had it set up. The cope ink dried up within two weeks of setting up. One thing good came out of it was sending out the one and only fax to a Mexico hotel to get the due credit to credit to my Visa account.

Not a bad selection for the size business i have right now.Still need to figure out some features on it but i'm satisfied so far.

As soon as you get through the maze of voice options, customer servicehangs up on you.Terrible company!This fax machine does not work on voice/ip lines. It is not easy to lower the baud rate.
