They set up really easily. But since they are light weight a storm unsettled one of them and the pumped out pond dry. We used construction adhesive and glued them into position on large rocks. And no they will not move.They are so cute.

Product was too small. I returned it. Never got my refund. They tried to be smart and sent another. I returned both and still no refund.

Nice spitter, good detail on the fish, works well... but there is only one in the box when the description says "2 units"
