1. Why doesn't it stay working? I put my coffee cup on it and set the temperature, but it goes quickly back to "_ _ _" (Unable to heat and only displays_ _ _)
a.There may be little water in the cup which does not meet gravity requirement, please add enough water or coffee.
b.Please check whether the warmer is on any soft surface such as mouse pad, clothes, books or the likes which may block gravity switch and can not heat.
c. Please make sure the table surface is flat without any protrusion or recesses which may block gravity switch.
d.Please remove the four EVA feet under the bottom and try again.
2. How long does it take to heat the drink?
This product is mainly used for keeping drinks warm, rather than heat up beverage quickly, so it usually takes about half an hour to an hour or even longer to heat cold drinks.
3. Does it work for mugs that don’t have a flat bottom?
Yes it does. But the heating temperature is affected by the environment and the thickness of the cup, use mugs with thin-wall and flat-bottom will get the best warming performance.
Digital Display and Touch Button Design
This tea warmer is designed with digital display and touch buttons. You just need to gently touch the “Temp Button” and "timing button" to set the temperature and timing you want. The digital display can show your temperature selection of "131 ℉/149 ℉/170 ℉" and timing selection of "2H, 4H, 6H, 8H, 10H, 12H". When the displays "---", it goes into the "standby mode" and if you put the cup back in 10 minutes, it will continue to work.
Microgravity Sensing Function
There is a microgravity sensor switch at the bottom of the mug warmer. After plug in the power and press the "Temp Button", only when the heating plate senses a weight of 0.55 lb, the warmer heats up and displays the current working temperature. When remove the mug, it goes into standby mode for 10 minutes and displays“---”on the screen. If you put the cup back in within 10 minutes, it will continue to work as your setting.Otherwise, it will automatically shut down after 10 minutes.
Aluminum Heating Plate
The heating plate is made of aluminum, which has an excellent heating effect. The bottom and sides of the mug warmer are made of heat-resistant material, safe and spill-resistant. If you accidentally spill a drink on it, just wipe it with a cloth, very easy to clean. I am in love with this! Works perfectly and it is super cute! It has a button on the bottom that senses when the cup is on it and goes into a standby mode when no cup is there.

I have had this device for over a year now and I still I love it. My office is cold and my hands are always cold so I wanted to be able to have a warm cup that would also warm my hands. Insulated cups keep the liquid warmer for longer, but it also keeps that warmth from my hands. I came across this thing and it's perfect for my need. Now I can make my cup of coffee/tea, put it on the warmer and then make my breakfast and it will still be hot when I get to the table. When my cup is full I put it on 170 degrees and it keeps it hot. Once I get to about half a cup I drop the temp to 150 and it continues to stay hot; at 170 it's a little too hot. With tea, I keep it at 135 degrees and it's the perfect temp the whole time. This is a great buy.

purchased Oct 27, 2024 and it started just barily warming then shuts down in 2 or 3 minutes on Janurary 25, 2025 - Dosent last long enough for a good review...

Product works as advertised, looks great and temperatures work. Good value for money and size.The caveat is no fault of the product, it's that if you use creamer in your coffee and let it idle on the warmer it seems to build at the top sometimes and slightly ruins the coffee. I'll remedy it somehow because the product is too good not to use for my slow drinking butt.

If the cup does not have a flat base then the heating is not really effective and its against the design of cups to be flat base so its very difficult to find one.

Got this as a gift for my partner and he’s been loving it. Fits nicely on his desk and adds to the aesthetic. Different heat settings as well and has been working good so far

So, this is the tiniest of pet peeves and first-world problems, but a lot of coffee shops, most notably Starbucks, serve drinks at 160 degrees. This warmer allows you to set temp to 130 / 150 / 170. So, for me, 170 ends up being ever-so-slightly too hot / burny, and 150 feels ever-so-slightly lukewarm. (And who on earth likes 130?)IMO the setting should be 150 / 160 / 170.Another pet peeve is that when the switch is up (there's no weight on it), it means that the plate is not flush on the surface, because the switch lifts it off the desk. So it ends up being wobbly and also slides easily because it's not making contact with all the rubber feet. That seems like a poor design choice. So, it looks great but there are a few head scratchers of design choices here which make it not a 5-star product.
