We purchased this for a family member who is an avid tea drinker and it was a big hit! It keeps her tea at the perfect temperature and she loves the fact that she can charge her phone with it as well.We chose the navy color since she loves blue and it is a very pleasing color. The whole set is very good quality and we believe it will hold up well with normal use. The only downside we can think of is that the cup could be a tad larger, but that’s personal preference.All in all it was the perfect gift for someone who has everything…or so they thought! ☺ï¸

The mug is surprisingly solid, as good as any high end ceramic mug sold anywhere. The blue color is quite nice. Not chintzy looking or feeling at all. The ceramic lid fits nicely on top.The heating and charging base works well also, keeping my hot drink hot. It also charges my phone and pod case pretty quickly too. Great to have on my desk at work!

Pros: I love that this cup is ceramic, so it cleans up easily, unlike the more popular brand starting with an 'E.' I love the shape of it. It has more style than others. I also like the color blue on the cup.Cons: The mug gets extremely hot! It's too hot to hold. The handle is fine, but don't even think about holding it around the mug itself. One would think that if the mug stays so hot, the liquid inside would stay hot. It doesn't. If you want it to stay hot, don't walk around the house with it; it must be set on the plate after every sip.Sadly, the cons make this a big pass for me. I love the ceramic aspect but hate that my coffee gets cold quickly. My "E" mug is burned up inside due to the coating, but it keeps my coffee hot for a long time, which is the deal maker for the "E" mug and the deal breaker for the APEKX.

No more getting up from my desk to go to the kitchen and warm up my cup. I can just plug away at the computer and it stays warm so I don't have to cut it anymore

This works great to keep my drinks hot. The pad only works with the provided cup (There are other styles of pads that will heat up regular mugs). I like my drinks really hot and this is a little below the temp I prefer and there is no adjusment. Still, it is way better than drinking lukewarm or cold coffee (which I've done plenty of). It doesn't get hot enough to burn the coffee so flavor remains good. The pad will even charge my phone. It isn't dishwasher safe which is a bummer but it always cleans up easily. There is no battery to recharge so it can be used all day. There is an auto shut off if left unattended for too long (I think it's 4 hours but don't quote me) As soon as you remove the mug from the pad and put it back on it automatically restarts. It is powerful enough to heat a cooled off drink but it takes a while. It will hold a 12 oz coffee with room for creamer. I think it's a good value.

Charging plate works well with Iphone and earbuds, including the mug. but mug not engineered right, so too hot to hold.Update: Vendor sent me another one to try and here's the results of that. Mug still too hot to hole for about a week, then nothing. Heating plate led lights never lit up, but seemed to work. tried charging earbuds on heating plate and worked fine, again for about a week. now nothing. Unplugged heating plate and plugged cord directly into earbud case and nothing. So bottom line, would not buy again. Poor quality and vendor seemed to want to try and make it right but after messaging back a forth a few times with them, they gave up and have heard nothing from them for over a week.

The mug is very nice, the color is deep and vibrant, and the quality of the ceramic is very good, and I like the included ceramic lid which is formed to keep it from sliding off of the cupThe charging pad works very well to charge my phone and earbuds, but that is where the "good" stops.While the charger does function, the heater in the cup is DOA. Completely non-functional. There are two lights on the charge pad; one indicates "charging," the other indicates "cup is warming." The charging pad only displays a flashing "charging" light whether the cup or phone is on it. Regardless of the indication, the cup stays stone cold.

This has been my favorite winter time purchase! I have been using it for about a month and am impressed with the quality, inside finish (no staining left regardless of tea color/strength), and clever design! This mug/warming plate is used at least 5-7 times per week and has held up well with hand washing. The charging feature is also fantastic as I have it set up on an end table in my living room! Reasonable price for what you’re getting, highly recommend!
