My coffee often sits long enough to get cold and then I have to microwave it to warm it back up. I do this repeatedly and at times I wonder if the microwave does anything negative to my coffee. I just received this and used it for the first time and I am so happy with it already. I just had my first cup of coffee for the day and it stayed hotter than when I poured it for the duration of drinking it. I kept it on the hottest setting, but it is nice to have a lower setting. My husbands first question was...Does it have an automatic shut-off, which it does and that took care of his only concern. While he teased me about buying it, I think he will want it. I also like that it is big enough to put a mug or small bowl of soup and keep it hot. Small enough though to travel with to a hotel that doesn't have a microwave to re-warm the coffee. If It breaks in the near future, or I notice any flaws, I will come back and revise my review.

This thing is super useful!!! I can finally make my tea anytime I want instead of trying to time it exactly to still be warm while I make breakfast for myself and my little dog! Now I make my teapot first and just sit it on my new warmer while I make breakfast! I have lost track of how many times my tea has been popped into the microwave over the years as I’ve been distracted by tasks, well no more of that! My tea is now hot and ready and perfect whenever I’m ready to sip it! I love putting candles on it too!I read many reviews for many mug warmers before buying this one. In the end, I liked what people had to say about this guy and I do agree, it’s really really great! A nice little life improvement at a great price! Hooray!

This keeps my coffee HOT! This is not a plate warmer. It's meant to KEEP your drink hot, not warm it up. The plate is nice and wide. I usually turn it on when I pour my coffee.

I have thick, glass bottles that hold Essential oils and castor oil. This warms them up quickly. Is safe and easy to use. High quality.

This has been a great coffee warmer that I have used at work for my huge mug. I just got a second one for home to use with my Chemex pour-over brewer (see pic). It works great for this. The 3 temperature settings are perfect and I like the positioning of the touch controls. I appreciate the auto off feature to keep it from running if I forget it on. Highly recommended.

Update review - update on December 27,2024. plugged the mug heater in the kitchen. It is now working. Thank you for providing quality service to the people that buy your products. December 19, 2024 the sellers contacted me and offered a full refund. I had already purchased a new one as I liked how well it worked when I had purchased the first one. Perfect for keeping the heat in your drink. This is a business that the customer comes first!Previous review - I purchased this warmer on December 31st of 2023. It was the perfect mug heater when I purchased it. I did not have to get up and down to keep heating my hot chocolate. I put it away in February when the weather started warming up. I just pulled it out of the cabinet to use it (December 10, 2024) and it will not work. I have tried all the troubleshooting suggested techniques to know avail. In my way of thinking it only worked 2 months.

IN-CRE-I-BLE, si pones el agua a temperatura ambiente en la taza y lo prendes a la primera temperatura te calienta el agua! Y dura calentita tu bebida el tiempo que quieras y como tu quieras, el único detalle es la sensibilidad del botón, fuera de eso lo volverÃa a comprar. ¡Lo recomiendo totalmente!

Compré 2!! Mejor que todo.. Vale la pena el dinero. La bebida está muy caliente a 175. Adecuadamente caliente a 150. Comprará de nuevo. Lo mejor disponible.
