Got one for me and my daughter. They work excellent. Keep whatever you're drinking warm for the length of time you take to drink it. As stated in the instructions, these are not designed to bring cool drinks to a warm or hot temperature, but I would imagine if you left it on long enough it might warm it up a bit. It does make a difference. What type of bottom your cup has. Cups that have a flat bottom and make full contact with the heated surface. Definitely work better, but I have a couple cups that are slightly concaved with a flat ridge and those still stay nice and toasty, although I do have to keep it at its highest temperature instead of the middle like the other cup I described with the flat bottom. Timer works great, 2 to 12 hours in 2-hour increments. If you need one of these. I also really like the silicone cover it came with. You can put on after you're done using it and it's still hot. I think this is a great safety feature that all of them should come with. I don't see any reason why you shouldn't get this particular warmer, there's dozens on Amazon and I'm sure there's some stinkers but this one seems to be a good one.

Very nice for the price! Three temp settings, twelve hour timer and auto shut down after four hours. Seems well made, doesn't look or feel cheap. Comes with a silacone cover for the heating surface, when I'm done using it I place the cover on it to defuse the residual heat and, I assume, protect the surface. Packaging is pretty nice as well. Would make nice gifts for office co-workers. If it were to last just one year I will have gotten my money's worth (though I'm hoping for longer). I'm quite pleased so far.

Definitely easy to use and affordable. I have several warmers that I use to warm up my candles instead of using fire. The particular warmers does heat the wax up, but it's not as functional as the others that I've previously bought. The fact it does warm my wax is the only reason it gets 4 stars, but it doesn't heat it up enough for my candles to actually smell.

Really good quality and design. Would buy it again. The instructions about what kind of mug to use made all the difference. Flat bottom, ceramic type works best. Temperature selections provided are perfect. I appreciate the auto off feature.

Needed something to keep my morning coffee warm when I got to involved with email or reading and this does solve the problem. Like it because it is simple without all the bells and wishes I do not need. A on button that give me 3 choices and an auto off I an set for 2hr or more. I got this on sale but even at full price it is worth it.Has a cove for the heat area which is very nice.

It is so wonderful to be able to keep my coffee warm, no matter how long it takes to drink it. I love not having to take it to the kitchen and warm it in the microwave every time I have to do something and leave it.

This was very inexpensive, but it has a heavier build than the last one I bought for more money. It came with a silicone pad but wasn't sure what they thought I should do with it. I didn't want to guess so I tossed it out. (The last one I bought for more money did not come with a pad.)

I have several coffee warmers now and I meant it when I said I want one in every room of the house because that is how awesome these are...(they also double as a candle warmer so one in every room means every room smells amazing!)With 3 kids, an active lifestyle and a busy job I had resigned myself to drinking cold coffee at least until my youngest hit double digits. Then I discovered coffee warmers.My only experience in the past with these was when they were cheap $15 units from bookstore that didn't work half the time and if they did it wasn't very well.So seeing how far they had come and the features offered I ordered my first one and I have never looked back.This one is a bit longer then the square version I have from the same brand. It also comes with a silicone heat protector whereas the square one does not.There are three temperatures and 6 timers to choose from. The unit is operated by a touch sensor and it is very sensitive so just a light tap will turn it on.This does double as a great candle warmer but be cautious it isn't near any chhildren.I start at the highest temp while my drink is full and then bring it down as my drink gets lower otherwise it gets too hot. The coffee always tastes fresh though because it never gets cold compared to re-heating coffee which never tastes good to me.One important safety note: this is operated by a touch sensor that is quite sensitive. My kids are very active and running around the living room where I have one of these and they accidentally hit the sensor and turned it on. A few minutes later one of them was scrambling to run from his brother and touched it. He had a minor burn on the tip of this finger and after that I unplug the unit when it is not in use. This version comes with a silicone mat to cover the heat zone whereas the other one did not. Even with the mat I still unplug it.Aside from that this is an AH-MAZING coffee warmer and I would order it again...and again...and again until I have one in very room :)

This has been an excellent addition to my desk. I've been running this on low (130°f) and it's been keeping my tea hot when in a ceramic mug. I love it.

ember mugs are extremely expensive and keeps you locked into their cups. this is a good alternative to that at a fraction of the price, but the mug warmer won't keep your drink super hot. its good for just keeping it warm

No dislikes with this unit other than I think it draws it quite a bit of juice. Keeps my coffee at a perfect temperature and the construction of this unit is very well done. Has a nice feel but you have to be careful not to touch the plate as it gets extremely hot and will sear you. Not for kids when they're around.
