Works great. Keeps hot drinks at the perfect temperature for my taste. The hot plate aera is large and perfectly flat, which accommodates larger cups. The price was half as much as other sources for the identical product.

So I was checking on a different brand of the same product when I noticed a different brand with features like temperature control and a timer on sale for the same price as this one. However in my impulsive rush to purchase the fancier unit I somehow managed to click on and purchase this unit. That being said it works wonderfully at keeping my coffee comfortably hot. I have not used it more than 3 hours yet, nor have I had any trouble with the heating surface. I will note 2 things though. One as noted by other reviewers, for maximum effectiveness you need to use a flat bottom coffee cup. Anything fancy or rimmed will not be heated as well. Also I've learned if you use an insulated or vacuum sealed mug that will actually work against you. The mug will get hot whilst the coffee will cool off. So yeah I was surprised when I opened it up and it was not the other brand with the fancier features, but hey if you have a finger and a heartbeat you can operate this thing.

Coffee Warmer ReviewI purchased this candle warmer with high hopes, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a dangerous product. While the warmer was turned off, I noticed it had become extremely hot to the touch. This is a major safety concern, as it could have easily caused a fire if left unattended.I trusted this device to work safely, especially when not in use, but it clearly has a malfunction. Thankfully, I caught it in time before anything worse happened.For anyone considering this warmer, I urge you to be cautious. I would not recommend this product until the manufacturer addresses these safety issues and ensures it operates as intended. A coffee warmer should never pose a fire hazard, and this one did.Cons: • Dangerous malfunction when turned off • Overheats and poses a fire riskI’ve contacted the manufacturer and hope they take this issue seriously. Safety should always be the top priority!

Although I've only had this item for one day, I'm in love with it. I want the cozy feeling of an open mug at work so I can smell my tea, but I often get pulled away and my drink gets cold. But not today!!! This truly kept my drink and hands warm and fits perfectly on my desk.

A great coffee heater. Really hot. Needs pads on base since it’s so light to keep from sliding off the table. Also it would be nice to have a longer cord!

UPDATE: I used a ceramic cup and with a full cup of coffee it kept it warm. The more I drank the hotter the coffee got so I changed my rating to three stars. It'll do for now, just make sure you only use a ceramic cup.I've been wanting a mug warmer for years now but didn't want to pay the ridiculous price that some other companies charge. I got this one on prime day. I plugged it in and felt it get warm so I threw away the box thinking it works so didn't need it anymore...boy was I wrong. I made my coffee at 7:30am this morning. I've had it on the warmer for an hour now and the coffee is barely even room temperature. The panel itself is very hot and the bottom of my cup is very hot, but the most important part, the coffee, is luke warm...I'm going to try a different coffee cup tomorrow (I'm using a metal/aluminum one), but as of right now, I am not impressed and wished I kept the box so I could return it and get my money back.

So I love my coffee in the mornings. When I get up make my coffee than I start getting ready. As I get ready my coffee after awhile starts getting cold. Then I have to make new coffee. With this warmer it keeps it nice and hot. I turn it on as soon as I start my day. So from the time I get make it and get ready for work. Then wake up the kids for school and get them ready. My coffee is still hot.its really nice. I have the black one..now sure if they have white. However there is a button you much after plugging it on. The blue light comes on and your good to go. This I would definitely recommend.

HabÃa probado otros "calentadores" que lo único que hacÃan era mantener el calor (y a veces ni eso). Este no sólo mantiene el café/té a la temperatura perfecta sino que puede calentarlo. Estoy encantada.

Achat cadeau de Noël.Mon mari est ravi! Fonctionné très bien. Attention pas de tasse fournie avec et prévoir une tasse en céramique : pas de métal!Fonctionne grâce à une prise standard ce qui assure une puissance de fonctionne! Top!Alors, attention, ça ne réchauffe pas! Ça tient chaud! Ce qui est le but de cet achat pour ma part. Mais je ne comprend parfois pas certains commentaires négatifs.

Rano kawę w kubku piję nawet 2 godziny, i trzymam ją na podgrzewaczu w temperaturze 80 stopni, gdyż kubek ma małe dno i nie przylega na płasko do podgrzewacza. Kawa jest cały czas bardzo ciepła - idealna! Potem robię duży dzbanek herbaty, który ma płaskie dno przylegające do podgrzewacza, i podgrzewam go na 55 stopni, i jest prawie za gorący do picia przez wiele godzin. Wspaniałe urządzenie w zimnej porze roku! Ma wiele ustawień czasu wyłączenia, więc jest bezpieczne.

Podgrzewacz działa, ale po rozpakowaniu przesyłki się rozczarowałam. Najtańszy plastik, nie wygląda tak ładnie jak na żywo. Dodatkowo fotografie wprowadzają w błąd, za te cenę spodziewałam się zestawu z kubkiem, ale przyszedł sam podgrzewacz słabej jakości. Teoretycznie w opisie nie ma kubka, więc poprawnie. 3 gwiazdki za to że działa, ale jakość bardzo niska.
