It was great. Easy to function buttons and heats up fast but It stopped working after one week!!!!! I don’t understand why it stopped heating up? I threw away the box so I can’t even return it.Update: the representatives reached out and offered a refund or a replacement. I opt for a replacement and they sent it within a couple of days. My new heating plate works great. Customer service was quick and reliable so I changed my one star rating to 5 stars âï¸

This is the fourth coffee warmer I have ever bought and I never want to mess around with another brand again. This one actually works as advertised and you don't have to Bang on it to make it work it is sensitive to turn on and the next button to the left adjusts the temprature and it is a great size to accomodate a wide mug. The cup I am using is narrow at the bottom so I set my coffee at a 180°. When I use a shorter wider mug I set the temperature lower because there is more contact with the heat. The controls are wonderfully sensitive to your touch and there is no messing around trying to make it work like the warmer warmers I have used in the past this is a real winner and totally worth the money.

I have had 3 different brands of coffee warmers. This is the first one that actually keeps the coffee very hot. The touch controls are very sensitive, even better than my iPhone. The multiple temperature settings and automatic shut-off are great features. I have only one criticism, it would be nice if it held the last temperature and shut-off time settings. Every time I turn it on I have to reset the temperature and shut-off time. It would get a 5 star rating if it did that.

First of all, this is a great product. I've been using it for a couple weeks, and it keeps my coffee or tea perfectly hot for hours. I like it. It's cool that it comes with a mug, but there's actually not enough insulation on the mug that comes with it. My coffee (w/ half and half) just about burned on even the 140 degree setting. However, using my own glass and ceramic mugs, it's PERFECT. The 150 degree setting (with a less conductive mug) holds my drink at exactly the right temperature for long-term sipping.

It is a functional quality good size of heating pad it has different heating temperature for you to chose, it has auto shut off and value for money. I gave it to my friend’s mother she love it very much.

If you like lukewarm liquids this is perfect. If you want to keep drinks hot, don’t bother….even set at 180 (hottest temp), a boiling hot drink in normal mug gets lukewarm in 10 min. Makes this product a waste imo. Been using about 6 weeks and it’s broken already—randomly turns off (ok….keeps from overheating I guess….) but also on!!!!! Must unplug after every use, makes it a pain to keep on desk if outlet is behind. One more reason to avoid this product.
