Don’t waste your time or money on any of the others that are the pushbutton kind, they don’t keep your coffee, hot, not even lukewarm. I was so pleased with this one, that I bought one for my daughter as well. I just got off the phone with her, and she was as impressed as I have been. I love that this has a timer on it that you can set, and it actually works. The temperature actually can be set to 175, but it keeps it plenty hot at 160. Kudos to the company!!!

I bought 2 of these for my husband and I to each have one by our chairs when we watch TV. We love that you can set the timer and a light shows on the front when the heat is on. They keep our coffee nice and warm. We did place coasters under them to keep them from directly contacting our wood tabletops, as the heat is released from the bottom of the warmer. It works great!

Love it! Actually gets really hot on the highest setting. I chose this cup warmer because of how wide the top is for all my cute bigger mugs. The best part is theres a timer.. im using this for the office and have a tendency to leave my cup warmers on. The fact that its cute is a bonus!!!

I prefer the knobs to touch electronics. Easy to use at any angle. Love nice temperature display easily seen from sitting position at my desk. The warming disk does get hot. I use an insulated metal mug with removed insulation from the bottom. I recommend swishing the coffee before drinking. Using the lid on my mug helps retain the heat. Oddly seems to have hotter coffee at the bottom. The bottom of your mug will get hot.I thought the size would be an issue but wasn't. Unit fit nicely into space where I was putting my mug before.Does use 50 W which is higher than many on the market. On the other hand, it will keep my coffee warm and I took notice of the power usage before buying. In many reviews I read, before buying this unit, many complained of theirs not keeping their coffee warm. Many don't go up to 175 degrees like this one. This coffee warmer isn't for warming up things: Only for keeping things warm after heated up.Sometimes I keep my soup warm with this also. You cannot use plastic containers.

It's true. I love it. Works so good! But a warning - it gets HOT. The entire thing...even the bottom. I had this in the same spot for the first 2 weeks after I got it, using it every day 4-8 hours each day. I just happened to notice by accident that it literally got so hot it warped a seam in my very expensive desk. Now I have a noticeable raised seam/edge in the middle of my desk. This is obv 100% on me. I've never owned one of these mug warmers before, so had no clue it could happen. I ended up putting it on a very small, old cutting board (see pics). Still loving it. It was worth the price and is kinda pretty to look at, too.

I picked this mug warmer over others for two reasons: I love that it looks like my dad's old alarm radio, and it seemed difficult to turn on/leave on by accident. Going on a month of near-daily use, I've not been disappointed. The dials feel good to use, nice and clicky with good feedback when you're making adjustments. The lights and display make everything clear - I can set the timer and see how much time it has left if I want to extend it. I've yet to reach the end of the timer, but it is a weight off my mind that I won't be leaving an unattended heating element going all night long. The heating plate is a bit bigger than my previous mug warmer, and I did burn my pinky a little upon first use, so be careful if you're used to a smaller plate. For me, having the temperature at the lower end of the purple light (~130 degrees) is plenty hot to keep my drink warm.(My initial order did get lost in the mail and I had to order a replacement, but I don't blame the seller for that. Still not sure what happened, to be honest. If the original ever shows up, I plan to pay for it and give it to someone as a gift, as I've been very happy with mine so far.)

Works really well. I really like the adjustable temperature settings. Very sturdy and has a timer setting as well. Highly recommended product.

Over the years I have purchased many cup warmers. Living in Maine, they are helpful in winter. This is the best I've every purchased. Nice features like temp settings, auto shut off and clear switches/buttons.

Exactly what I was looking for, quality is excellent and it works flawlessly. Keeps hot drinks piping hot for hours and even fits my largest mugs. I love the analog knobs and the indicator LED/display. Makes me happy every time I look at it!Highly recommended! Also I believe this manufacturer supplies Canadian Tire with one of the mug warmers they offer, though this one is a better value than the one at Canadian Tire.

My search for mug warmers reached this one recently. When this warmer arrived, it was factory packed in a bubble wrap bag and with power cord neatly coiled and twist-tied. Instructions were enclosed. Removing the warmer from the bubble wrap immediately gave me a surprise. One of the buttons fell right off (see photos). For some reason, the plastic and the metal parts of the button weren't properly secured (with adhesive). Some quick DIY with epoxy rectified the issue. The heating surface still had some residue from production.Feature wise, by far the design of this one is the most functional and the easiest to configure and operate. For the timer and temperature control, this warmer is tops. Temperature presets are great with 9 selections and a timer that allows 1-9 hours on time. The heating surface is big enough for a litre-size tea pot. On the not-so-great side, the heating surface type is of lesser endurance. See explanation below. Most shoppers for mug warmers might not be aware that there are a few types of heating surfaces. I bought enough mug warmers to have observed the majority of these surface types. There are the transparent dark red glass with micro Minster pattern texture (preferred, a photo is attached), high gloss opaque black glass with smooth surface (second choice), and non-ferrous metal non-stick surface as this warmer has. (this type is not preferred. 1 star deduction). The issue with this non-stick type of surface is that ceramic mugs with rough bases should be avoided. In due time, with the abrasion of rough based ceramic mugs, it will end up like my older warmer (white, see photo) which I thoroughly abused. Better stick with glass mugs with a smooth base with this warmer. Leave the ceramic based mugs to the glass type heating surfaces. At least the glass heating surface is as hard as the ceramic and will be able to endure the abrasion. If this warmer comes with the transparent dark red textured glass (easiest to clean), it would have been the best. Many reviews commented on safety certifications. With the collection of warmers I have bought from here, none of them have any safety certifications labels other than production checks (photos of the bottoms of all my current mug warmers). With the time spent, over the years, using all these mug warmers, I haven't encountered any safety irregularities personally on the earlier warmers and this one with normal operations. Following the recommended safety on the instruction booklet is good practice. The safety practice is up to the individual user.It is a very good mug warmer with some room for improvement. However, it would be doubtful the manufacturer would ever produce one with the red textured glass. I will keep wishing.(Photos order might be scrambled.)
