Nice warmer! This works well and is stylish. It has 3 settings and auto shut off. Love no longer having cold tea while doing things in the kitchen!

Heats up just fine and is plenty hot. You will get different results with different coffee mugs. I have somewhat of a mug collection of all sorts of shapes and sizes. Cylindrical mugs with flat bottoms works the best. However, all stay warm enough.I'd much prefer if it were more compact. It's way bigger than it needs to be. My biggest coffee mug is dwarfed by this thing. Can almost put the whole coffee pot on it.I really dislike the power/settings button. Too small, too sensative, and you can't tell its on in a brightly (namely sunlight) lit room.Have a power cord is annoying, but there's nothing that can be done about that.Overall good value, works well, and so far good quality (I've only had it a month).

The SWEETFULL Coffee Mug Warmer is pretty much exactly as advertised. It is simple to use, featuring three heat settings; hot, medium, and warm, that you can switch between by tapping the touch sensor on front. The first touch turns the light red, indicating the hot setting. The second touch turns pink for medium, and the third turns blue for warm. That's pretty much all there is to it - no frills or extra features like a timer (it auto-shuts off after 4 hours), but I personally like that simplicity. There is no app or bluetooth or other unnecessary bells and whistles. It's just a mug warmer.I like that it has a wide base. Even my larger mugs fit on top without being percariously close to an edge. The one drawback there is that it takes up more surface area than smaller mug warmers so if your desk space is very limited check the dimensions before buying.As far as warming effectiveness goes - it warms! The hot setting feels pretty darn hot. It takes a bit for the heat to actually penetrate the mug, but once it does, it stays quite toasty. A few time, I've had just a bit left at the bottom of a mug and it was almost too hot to drink on the hot setting. I mostly use the middle (pink) setting and it keeps my beverage at an adequate temperature.Overall, feels like a solid buy. I haven't had it long but I've enjoyed it so far this winter.

This product works just fine for me. As a matter fact the highest temperature actually makes my coffee a little hotter than the original temp which I love. I probably don’t leave mine on for longer than an hour so I can’t tell you how it does pass that.Looks nice. The illusion of real wood and not the plastic that really is impressive.It’s a little bigger than I expected but that’s because I didn’t read the dimensions so be sure to do that and keep your work space in mind.CAUTION: PLEASE be careful. The power button is very easy to the touch and if you aren’t paying attention you can burn yourself. Considering where the button is, this is hard to do but I did it so… yeah.

Absolutely my favorite new Amazon purchase!!! I have wanted a coffee warmer for a few years. Finally treated myself to this gorgeous and extremely functional warmer. GREAT value for the money and very well made! LOVE the three level touch control that provides a color indicator for each heat level - high, medium, low. Great length of the plug/cord - lots of room to move the warmer around on my desk if needed. I have not tried it as a candle warmer, but I'm sure it would work perfectly for that as well. My ceramic mug has not scratched the glass surface, so it must be scratch resistant. LOVE the wood grain design as it coordinates with my office decor. Nice big warming surface to accommodate larger mugs and/or candles. 100% satisfied with my choice - LOVE this mug warmer!!! One word of caution - - since the touch control is NOT a "push" control, it can be accidentally activated by slightly grazing the control with the outside of your hand. As with any hot surface - just be careful!!

The Coffee Mug Warmer was even better than the photo and description! I am so glad I chose the wood design over the more typical color or design choices. The weight is heavier, solid; looks more expensive than it is. The real test was, "Does it work? Keep the coffee really hot enough? Answer: YES! I tested my first cup of coffee, using the "high" (red) button. Wow! Really hot the way I love it! I am very fussy, as most of us coffee lovers are, about having hot coffee! I hate ordering coffee in a diner with the waitress making the rounds to refill your cup which is by now lukewarm if you add creamer. I was so happy the SWEETFULL COFFEE MUG WARMER not only looks beautiful, but fulfills its claims. I highly recommend!
