I've waited a bit to review this warmer and I can't find anything I don't like about it! I use a 20oz stainless teapot. It fits perfectly on the warmer and keeps my tea at the perfect temperature.

Pros: small, compact, simple functions, works. Multiple auto shut offs from 2 hr to 12 hrs. Comes in a very pretty black gift box. Cons: very short cord 43", Some other brands have 60" cordcord. Tricky on/off - You have to go through all the temps to turn off. No manufacturer identification anywhere. Not on the warmer, not on the box, not in the manual. Manual staes: "We are 100% dedicated to your complete satisfaction . If you have any query about our product, please contact us freely, we will respond in 24 hours." I expect you'd have to go through Amazon in the first 30 days. Afterward, good luck. No name, no phone number, website, or emai, not even in the instruction manual. Amazon does list a manufacturer in the details but not in the main description.

Easy to use and great for keeping hot beverages that I forget to drink warm so I don’t have to neck them cold later! Also great for heating up the leftover wax in smaller candles to get the last of the scent!

In hindsight, it seems like common sense, but buying this warmer, I didn’t consider that almost every one of my mugs has a foot or ridge type bottom. The only mug that didn’t, has a base of 2.5 inches while the top is 4. What this means is the warmer isn’t really effective. Solved it by getting another mug that has a 4 inch flat baseI also wanted to be able to use it as a candle warmer, so a factor in the purchase was a timer for safety. This has one that goes from 2 to 12 hours. I set it for 2 even if I’m just drinking coffee just to make sure I don’t accidentally leave it on.The pretty pink color is accurate to the listing pictures as well. Very happy with this purchase and would buy again as a gift.

I have 10oz stanley camp mug. I was hoping this would help keep my coffee warm at my desk. It does not. It feels like it heats up the cup but not the mug so maybe it's good for another type of cup but not what I wanted to use it for. Disappointed. Also I didnt realize this plugs into the wall and not a usb.

I am notoriously bad at forgetting about my coffee until it's cold, and this has been a great addition to my desk -- it keeps my coffee warm for much, much longer.One really nice thing about this model is that the heating area supports oversized mugs. The absolute largest mugs I have fit nicely on this thing, which has not been the case with other versions of this that I've had in the past.The buttons are capacitive -- there's no tactile feedback when you press them. Not then end of the world -- we're all used to capacitive stuff nowadays, but it is slightly weird because it LOOKS like it should be a tactile button.I got the "wood" version of this and want to point out that there is no actual wood on this product -- it's just plastic painted to look like a wood grain. Again, not really unexpected today, but worth mentioning.The cord is a decent length, but honestly it would have been nice if it were a LITTLE longer. After routing it to the back of my desk and down to the power bar, it was... slightly tight. An extra foot or so would be great for people who don't keep a power bar directly under their desk.One other nice thing about this is that it comes in a REALLY nice little generic gift box. If you're buying this product for yourself, you'll probably end up keeping the box for future gift-giving. There's no branding or anything on it, so you could put literally anything inside and it would look nice. Great little reusability feature.The 3 power settings are, frankly, kind of useless. You're most likely just going to keep it on the max setting. I ran a controlled test -- 2 identical mugs of identically hot water, one of them on this warmer and the other one sitting on the counter, and I took measurements every 15 minutes. They both started at 190F, the warmer was set to the maximum setting (180F), and measurements were taken with an accurate, calibrated thermometer (Thermapen Mk4)The one sitting on the counter dropped 190 -> 135 -> 114 -> 102 -> 93 -> 88 -> 85 -> 80 over 1 hour 45 minutes.The one sitting on the warmer dropped 190 -> 150 -> 139 -> 133 -> 131 -> 130 -> 129 -> 128 over the same time period, so a pretty significant improvement.However, keep in mind that that was on max setting (180F), and the liquid stabilized around 130F. I didn't run the test on the lower power levels, but they will almost certainly have large differences like this between "setting" and "actual liquid temp". The lowest setting would likely only end up slightly above room temperature.It does the job it needs to, it's reasonably priced, and overall this is a good buy.

finally a way to keep my mug warm, I am using nespresso machines and it is great for making coffee but not the best for me for making it warm, but this one solved the issue

So far this seems like a good mug warmer. It heats up quickly and kept my drink hot to the last drop. It came packaged in a wood-looking box with a painted on bow. So excellent for gifting. The fake wood pattern on the warmer isn't my favourite....as it looks fake. But that is just a personal preference. Overall, it does its job nicely and I am happy with it. $26.99 is a reasonable price for this(there is also currently an $8 off coupon as I write this).
