Works great, remember to take off the bottom cover, easy cleaning as the metal cup slides right out of yhe holder. Heat selections are spot on.

works greatJust remember to unscrew and remove the bottom plastic cap of the mug before placing it on the heat plate.Heats best while the top is on or at least resting on top of the mug to keep heat in.

I love that my coffee stays warm until I finish my cup. This product keeps my coffee warm without cooking it. My only negative comment about this item is with the mug that comes with the warmer. It is VERY difficult to remover the lid. It has a tight deal which is great while drinking my coffee but it is ALMOST impossible to remover the lid for a refill.

First time trying to use. The coaster heats up very hot & fast, but the cup only gets hot on the outside. I'll try to find a cup of mine with a nearly flat bottom. In the past I tried to find a flat bottom cup online to use on a different cup warmer but couldn't. I'd hate to return this set. It sounded like it was just what I need.oops . . . just found out I needed to remove plastic piece from bottom of cup. works super now & highly recommend. I may see if I can buy a 2nd mug tho

I love this Mug. I use it everyday. It sit on my work desk at home and I pour bottle water in the cup and drop two slices of lemon and warm it up every morning. By lunch and pour water and make some tea. I love that my water stay hot while I’m drinking it. I bought another one for a gift. Love it.

The warmer itself is good and gets quite hot but the cup is a rip off. Thin, flimsy, and the drinking hole in the lid is so small it's practically impossible to drink from. It's also got a screw on plastic bottom that looks like a permanent piece of the cup. No where in the manual does it say to remove it! It will definitely melt if placed on the warming pad.
