My husband asked me if I was doing an infomercial for this mug warmer, because I kept telling him how much I liked all the features. I got one for my house and I’m going to buy another one for my office. The design is sleek, it’s easy to operate, and keeps my coffee hot! It would keep it hotter if I had a lid on my mug like they suggest, but it’s a good temp without. So get a mug lid if you like your coffee piping burning hot, or get an Ember mug.I love the auto-shutoff. I also like that it blinks after you turn it off until it cools down.

I love this warmer! I was worried that it wouldn't work on my "normal" mugs that I already have since it has specifications on how flat the bottom should be. But that is not an issue. Yes, it does work better the flatter the bottom of the mug is, but it still works on all of my mugs. It does get very hot and I usually have to turn the temp down. The only complaint I have for this product is the on/off button. I wish that there was a separate button to turn the device off. The temperature button is easily bumped and the hot plate gets turned on unintentionally sometimes.

This was a gift for my mom who has everything except this. She is always heating up her coffee, but not anymore. Mom uses this warmer everyday. Good size, keeps contents hot, well made, there is no heat spilling out.

This is such a great product idea but it really kept the outside of my cup hot and the liquid was just warm. I wish it would have worked better I was so excited to buy it!!

The 3 settings are perfect for the many uses like keeping coffee warm without burning and warming a candle. Love the dark blue color too but the auto shut off in 4 hours is the best!

I have 2 of these now and may get another - it’s much better than my previous coffee warmer. It even reheats lukewarm coffee if left on the warmer long enough.The multi-temp feature is great for coffee and tea. Use the lower settings for when you have just-a-little coffee left, or for most teas.This keeps my coffee nice and hot for hours as long as I have a silicone cup cover on it, and if a cup cover isn’t used the top of the coffee will get quite scummy after a while anyway. I also love the auto-off feature - especially for those times I forget to turn it off before running out to the store for a quick something and don’t get back home for several hours 😬. It accommodates cups with bottom diameters up to 3 & 5/8 inch diameter which allows me to make a 16oz big mug â˜•ï¸ cup if I need to . Do measure the bottom diameter of your cup, though, if you have a large one - as it won’t keep coffee warm if the cup is too big to sit all the way down on the hot-plate part.

I gave this as a gift and I have been told it does keep their coffee hot (on high level). It is a really good quality however it is not worth what I paid for it.
