Wife makes hat clips out of these, good spring tension, works well for that.

I bought these to secure with hot glue to some florals and some really pretty owl faces I made for my christmas tree. I made these owls out of some plastic water jugs that I recycled and up-cycled into some art.Need to get some solar stake lights to light them up but have not been able to locate any in local stores and overpriced on amazon at this time. But these will look amazing ! Happy with my purchase and the way these turned out!

This clip is pretty average for an alligator clip . The nickel coating seems good and the spring is strong enough. I don't foresee any problems with it.
