Handsome chairs, well made, easy to put together, comfortable to sit on for dinner or a game night, priced right. One of my best purchases!

Boy, there are a lot of positives. To begin, the chairs arrived quickly, the packaging was terrific, and there was no damage to the chairs when they arrived. The chairs seem to be nicely constructed and are very sturdy once assembled. I bought two sets of two, and the chairs all matched perfectly. I am overweight (not obese, but overweight), and these chairs are comfortable for a long visit after a meal. The seat has springs and straps for support and a foam cushion for comfort. The back is curved subtly for lumbar comfort as well. There is no way a dining chair is going to be as comfortable as a $1000 recliner or easy chair, but they are above average for a dining chair. I really wanted blue pu leather for an update to my kitchen because I am too lazy or too old to paint my lower kitchen cabinets that color. The upholstery is a nice blue color, feels nice, and cleans easily with a damp cloth. With the darker color, I can’t imagine a problem with stains. Overall, I think the chairs are very attractive, and the nailhead trim on the seat really sets them off. Each chair leg has a protective pad on the bottom, and the front 2 legs have screw-in furniture leveler glides.Now for the assembly. There were a couple of reviews that made assembly seem very hard, but it was much easier then expected to assemble the chairs. The only tool needed is the allen wrench provided. All of the nuts and bolts required for assembly are nicely organized and notated on a shrink wrapped card, along with the allen wrench and an extra of each type bolt and nut. The instructions are very clearly written, and laid out logically. In the reviews, there are misstatements or things that are simply not true made by those complaining of issues with assembly. 9 bolts are required for each chair seat (2 for each of 4 legs and 1 for the center back), and not 5 as mistakenly reported. It is hard to convince me that a hammer or mallet were useful to anyone other than they just like to “whack” things. Bolts are made to be screwed in and not hammered in. Someone even sawed off the back legs because the chair felt too pitched forward but I suspect the chair levelers which add about 1/4 inch in height were missing or fell out from the front chair legs. (Two of ours were loose in the box.) To assemble, ifc you lay the back of the chair down flat, you can set the seat bottom frame perpendicular, as shown on the instructions, and then you can line up the bolts. If you only screw the bolts in 50% of the way as instructed, you can even lift up the seat and see where each bolt goes into the back legs, and wiggle or maneuver a little while turning until it seats. It does help if there is a second person to help hold and steady, but it’s not absolutely necessary. I have put together many different types of furniture since buying my first piece of Ikea furniture 40 years ago, and these chairs were easy to put together. I also want you to know I am am 69 years old with severe arthritis, and I am a girl!I will say the wood is darker than pictured even though it is not an issue for me. Also, the way the upholstery is trimmed out underneath the chair bottom is not as nice as for a $300 dining room chair, and realistically, you cannot expect it to be for the price. These chairs were just what I was looking for. I am completely satisfied with this purchase and would not hesitate to recommend or buy again.Thank you!

Comfortable and sturdy. Looks really nice. Easy to assemble

I got the grey and white chairs. They are nice chairs. At first, I thought they'd be difficult to put together with the different-sized screws involved but they were fairly easy to put together. Once you e mastered one, the others are easy to put together. I have a chair similar to these that I spent $100 on. These chairs are similar in quality to the $100 chair. Needs a little more cushion on the seat but they are very comfortable and good for the back.I ordered 6 chairs. Out of the 6 chairs all are in good condition. A box comes with two chairs. So if you order 6 chairs you will receive three boxes. (order 4 chairs-two boxes, etc)One box I got had the wrong color chairs. Out of the 6 chairs I ordered two of them were the wrong color.I did not want the hassle of returning the chairs that are the wrong color (blue/white) so I kept them and use them with another table.I gave a 4-star review because I got two chairs the wrong color.

Wonderfully constructed, solid chairs with a firmly-padded seat and back. The slight angle of the back cushion is perfect for support and sitting properly. I do wish there wasn't a zipper in the back, but it's not negating my rating. They do take awhile to put together, because of the angling of the bolts, but once you've completed the assembly of the first chair the rest get easier. I prefer the fabric material over the faux leather; use some Scotch Guard to protect from spills and stains.Overall, a fantastic chair that will complement your dining or kitchen table.

I took a chance ordering chairs that I had never seen before but I am very pleased! The chairs are lovely and well made and just fantastic for the price. They also sit level on the floor with minor adjustment. My cousin put them together for me with no problem and there were even extra screws etc. They look great!

The chairs were really stable and not too bad to put together. My dining room lookes so good. Everytime I walk by it makes me smile. Great price and I am so happy with the purchase.

These chairs are really nice and comfortable. Putting them together was difficult because of the 19 total holes for screws, 10 were ok. The other 9 had what seemed like burnt plastic film on them. The screws wouldn’t thread through. I had to individually clean out each one with a thin sharp tool to get all the grime out. It was not the simplest task and it doubled the time to put the chairs together.Also, one of the holes on the front leg wasn’t lined up properly so the leg was very crooked. Luckily, the chairs have pieces on the bottom to help level them but I would prefer if it was level on its own.I’m still giving 4 stars because despite these setbacks, they’re nice chairs for the price.
