If you are looking for something budget friendly this is your go too, decent quality intake filter isn’t the best quality but with that you just run to the auto parts store and grab you a filter, install took about 20 mins so it wasn’t bad at all highly recommend if you are looking for a budget build

Installed with little fuss, but didn't include instructions so anybody not mechanically inclined should not attempt install. Took about 10-15 to assemble, then install once all the pieces were laid out. Works as it should and seems to be very solid.

Well, after looking at the pics everyone posted, we gotr together. Had to drill new holes as the fit was a red hair off. The hose is 2 short, but had some xtra hose...put it to go use. Otherwise, between my spare parts and the guys in china, we got it together. If you are looking for a bolt together kit with instructions..keep looking, this is not the kit. Otherwise, its Ok for the price.

The vacuum line could have been a bit longer but overall it's pretty good looking.

Hoping I can make it work I really don’t wanna deal with any shipping back and forth. But whoever did bending on the shield definitely got it pretty out of wack unless it was cut at the wrong diameter from the start. Everything else looks good so far I’m just hoping it fits fine the way it’s sticking out a little. Also it is pretty simple of a setup but some basic instructions on which bolts go where would help speed up the process. I was looking at 2 or 3 different bolts not sure. And I haven’t tried yet but I’m a little lost on why there’s nothing to hold the hat down for the base of it. It looks like it just lays there so far.

I didn’t like how everyone had the support bracket not in use so I took the bracket in the vise carefully bent it the other direction and now the intake tubing is supported just re ran the breather the other direction

No instructions but pretty straight forward. Not exact fit, but close a little wiggling got it in and lined up. Red air hose not even close to long enough. Trip to auto parts will solve that issue. Sounds great definitely breathes better. At this price a great value. Will see how it performs.....

It is a decent product the install went very smooth only thing I had to play with was the fitting of the plastic intake housing as I just had to open the hole abit to fit the intake better other then that the box went together smooth with no redrilling holes like the other reviews say because if you put the box together properly there is no need as shown in pictures total installation and build took about 30 minutes grat product and sounds amazing aswell decent whistle on start up and on acceleration!!!! Definitely recommend Keep it up.

Works but the mounting braked on the tubing should be better positioned and should come with intructions if i know now i would have gone for a different one as it doesn't quite mock up right

Does it make a difference; yes. However, even though the components seem of decent quality, I had to remove material from the plastic throttle body to fit. I had to re-drill several holes to assemble the heatshield box, and I had to cheat the angle of the intake pipe ( for the length), and stretch the inner ends of the hose to fit the pcv valve...A half hr job became a 2 hr job. Still; for those who don't mind doing some extra little problem solving, I recommend it. The price is pretty decent for what it is. How long will it last, well.. we'll see and update in the future. All in all, I feel like it's an effective upgrade from the crummy air trapping accordion plastic crap that's O.E. I'd say 3.5 out of 5. Sounds nice as well.I've done the Hughes plenum fix/upgrade, the Warner 46/47re complete electronic and spring rebuild kit, band adjustment, summits complete electrical upgrade (wires, ngk igniter, iridium plugs, dis cap and rotor) shorty headers, kegger intake mod, 3" high flow Jones exhaust, and 3" complete exhaust system. With the addition of this cold air, everything together makes it such a different and enjoyable experience to drive. So if you want to fall in love with your 2nd gen all over again, I suggest you guys look into those upgrades. (Have a tuner on the way to fix the retarded timing death flash.)Hope I've been able to help. Cheers guys
