We have a 2018 Grand Design Reflection with two ACs, and the main one stopped working. We have a son who's an HVAC tech who said the unit died, and it was less expensive to replace. So we did. We ordered this on Amazon, and our HVAC tech son could not get to us to help to actually replace. So my 69-yr old husband got this VERY HEAVY shipment up on the RV (which was the hardest part), easily lifted off the old unit and simply plugged certain (color-coded) plugs to reassemble. We did buy RV caulk to remount. It, ultimately, was a very simple fix (but you have to buy the caulk).

First time doing one of these. I was nervous to do it. After a couple youtube videos I was confident to tackle this job. It's actually super easy to do. The AC unit itself only has 1 connector. The hardest part was getting it up on top of the RV itself. It worked right away out of the box
