Product was easy to install with the hardest part getting it on the roof. We did have an issue with the bolts that came with the unit and had to purchase longer ones from the hardware store. My only other complaint is the wiring diagram did not match with what we had from our previous unit (same brand and size) so we had to do some guessing, but in the end everything works and we have not had any issues with it.

Removed the old AC and installed this new unit, hooked up the power and controls and check the operation and worked as it should with no issues.

This unit arrived ahead of schedule. Pretty easy to install. Much quieter than the one we took off the RV. 2017 Bighorn 5th wheel.We live in our RV full. East Tennessee. It can get pretty hot and humid. This ac unit has done a great job to keep us cool.Now I want to replace our other ac unit in the bedroom area.

We received this AC Unit and instead of new it had been previously used and scratched on top of unit. No instructions no paperwork whatsoever inside box nothing. Opened huge box on roof weight of contents 105 lbs then realizing item previously used?? How does this happen? Original huge box compromised due to having to open it!

This is a great unit. It was an exact match for the one that came with my new rig which was apparently damaged by lightning. It runs fairly quietly as RV units go, and cools the air quickly enough.Very easy to install, other than lifting it onto the roof.The missing stars are due to the shipping time. I received it over a month from the date it was originally shown it be delivered, without explanation. Each time I called for an update nobody could tell me why it hadn't shipped yet. Large and heavy items like this aren't handled through the normal Amazon pathways, so info was difficult to come by.I would definitely recommend this unit but would caution that the promised dates aren't realistic. So although the price was far better than local RV shops quoted, if you need it in a hurry you may want to go elsewhere.
